Owner Description
We are a local family with a flourishing engineering business in the bottom half of the building. The top half hosts the most beautiful victorian retreat in Fairplay. We have worked in Fairplay since 1996 and have lived in the area since 1998. We have two children, 3 dogs and 3 cats. We have fallen in love with the little town. The people here are friendly. The town hosts many special features, no matter what time of year you visit. It is truly a unique place to experience the Colorado Rockies!
