Spacious, Quiet, Excellent Location!

Spent a week in this spacious, well-appointed home for the annual Florida mini family reunion. Home was vwey comfortable without being overly pretentious. The layout allowed people to retire to their rooms without being bothered by those still up late visiting. The February Florida weather cooperated, so we were able to lounge in / by the pool and enjoy the hot tub. Great location on a quiet street. Just a few minutes walk to the beach, but far enough off of Estero Blvd to be peaceful and relaxing. Publix grocery store also just a short jaunt down the block. Rented bikes at The Dolphin Inn for the week and biked to Lover's Key State Park several days. We all agreed it was one of the more relaxing times we've had together, largely in part to being able to stay in such a great place with a great location.

Recommended for:Families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

We spent most of our time on the pool side. We spent our last night seeing dolphins and watching the sun set. Thank you for opening your home to others. We really had a great and relaxing trip. Your home is set up perfectly for entertaining. Our children were able to watch TV and play together in one area of the house, while the rest of us could have a glass of wine and reflect on the daily events in the same area. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit! "We could be anywhere in the world" -Rahn Bentley had stated.

This is our forth year here at the Wazney's house. Great house! We met the osprey who was still here... with a baby this time, in her nest! We just love Rib City - best ribs anywhere! Swam with the dolphins at Discovery Love. Very exciting! We are still amazed by the size of your house. Thank you for giving us the oppurtunity to be in this house.

It was really nice and hot. We went to Seaworld, Disneyworld, and Everglades City - watched the alligators there. The restaurants Bahama Breeze and Junkanoo are very nice. We saw lots of dolphins really close by. Sitting at the wonderful pool was fun too. We had a very nice stay here and would love to come back sometime!

We ate, drank , went to beach, swam, went out on pontoon boat, (saw dolphins, dolphins, dolphins). The manatee's were incredible! Kids shopped, looked for shells (shells everywhere), and slept. We saw a lot of fish in canal. This is now our third time at this house. Be careful of the slippery sand after it rains!

We visited the Everglades and rode airboats and went on various beaches. Shopping at outlet stores and the Edison Mall and at Miromar outlet stores (good for designer shopping if you've got teenagers). We also swam in the pool. We got to see the dolphins close to the shore at the beach across the road and watching the sunset. Quite simply, I love it here. When can I come back?

This is our second time at this house. My boys just love it. Family is what it's all about *It dosen't get any better than this.* We fished, collected shells, and had rented Dockside boat rentals. We would reccomend the new Publix on the island just a couple blocks away. Very conveinent!

We went to the beach and chilled. We took the banana boat ride at Junkanoos Beach Bar.We actually saw dolphins on the Dolphin Cruise. They were absolutely amazing!! We saw a dolphin the canal behind the house which was pretty cool too!!We saw a manatee at the pier where we got the boat for Captiva Cruise. The house is absolutely amazing, we all loved it and can't wait to come back again.

Your home is absolutely beautiful. On Tuesday while we were eating supper Danny left his pole in the water and a fish took it! Mom Terrelll got another pole and scanned the bottom of the water and hooked the line and pulled in the pole and about a 6 pound catfish. (Ha! Ha!) We went to the animal zoo on Wednesday and a turtle wet on the baby during the show and tell. Olivia got to go up front and help hold a 6 foot long python snake. Kids went parasailing on Thursday. We took grandkids to Sanabel Island. Its is a nice place to get large shells.

Highlights:Seeing dolphin in the back canal, walking on the beach, Sea World, seeing old friends.We would like to thank all the girls from Caldwell Banker who provided an excellent sevice all through our holiday. Nothing was too much trouble.We've stayed twice in this area now. The first time on Sanibel Island, but found Estero Island more lively and we just loved this Villa. We'll be back next year.

This house has been great, back home we live in a cottage that was built in 1680 with ceilings 6 feet 2 inches, so to be here with 20 foot ceilings and room is great. Le love the area and Barefoot Beach and hiring a boat. The back bay is our favorite. We caught lots of fish but the big one got away. Hope we can return one day.
