This condo has so many things going for it, one it is on the flag of the 13th hole of the Arnold Palmer Legacy Golf Course, two it is right next to the community pool and three two bed rooms are up stairs and four the covered patio is so huge and the views are so great you will never want to leave. This condo has 2,069 square feet, has a half bath a kitchen with granite counter tops along with a huge breakfast bar that opens up to the living room that has a fold out sofa bed and the dining room both of these rooms have French doors that open up the covered patio that give you the vistas of a life time. You can see the community pool just on the right, what a great place to relax! This condo has been decorated with a flair for the Tropics some call it the Tommy Bahama style, I call it Florida Comfortable. The master bedroom echoes this same style overlooking the front of the building; it can be bright and airy or close the drapes for quiet solitude. The master bath is huge with the walk in shower, soaking tub with tile and granite counter tops this bathroom has the same style and flair that make us so relaxed and comfortable. Upstairs we have two more bedrooms one king bed with a writing desk in the room looking out to the golf course and walk in closet so large you can get lost in it!! The other bedroom has the two beds, double closets a window that has a window seat overlooking the front of this condo. In between the two bedrooms is the double sink bathroom with a granite counter top and a walk in shower. This condo has it all; space and the open feel without being stuffy!

This condo was perfect for our family of 4. Great price, lots of room, nicely decorated, comfy, close to the pool and grocery store. We were in Orlando for a softball tournament and found the location of the condo to be convienient to the fields and the amusement parks. Also, Tony at Luxury Lifestyle Vacation Homes was quick to respond to our request to extend our stay an extra day. We had a wonderful time and have no complaints. Highly recommended.

We were delighted with the condo. It more than fulfilled our needs and we felt very comfortable. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the accommodation. Although we used it primarily as a base to visit friends and parks, we would love to return sometime to make more use of the facilities on site; they are indeed amazing. Again, many thanks for all your help and for offering to transport me to my friend’s house when the Reunion pick-up did not arrive; I appreciated that.

Fantastic new, spacious, clean condo, perfect for a family of 4-6. Hotel-style decorating. The back doors open to a patio and grassy area that leads to a quiet community pool 100 ft away, consisting of an adult pool (3-5.5 ft) and a shallow round sitting pool which can be used by toddlers. The July rate came out to about $100 a night, which made this a no-brainer compared to a cramped hotel room somewhere. In fact, we had to stay at the Hilton Orlando afterward, and we would have greatly preferred to have remained here, but couldn't extend because it was booked. Service was excellent: Internet was down when we arrived, but the manager was on it promptly and had it fixed (problem was with the provider) the next morning. Combined with the jaw-dropping discounts on greens fees during the summer in Orlando, this condo made a great vacation. One consideration: while the mattresses are extremely comfortable, all of the beds are very high and might be an access issue for an elderly relative. Also, while you have access to many pools at the resort, the kids mini-water park is not available. Still, next time we come to Orlando we'll book this exact same unit if we can. Highly recommended.

Also nice to hear again that the waterpark is a very small portion of what the resort has to offer and that a great time can be had with the use of the other 10 large pools within the community. Our clients are telling us that if they want to use a water park, they will go to one of the five major parks to have a much more memorable and enjoyable experience. The five major parks are Typhoon Lagoon & Blizzard Beach at Disney, Wet & Wild on International Drive, Discovery Cove and Aquatica located at SeaWorld. Regards, LLVH
