I am a surfer... Also - a business owner... Because I'm in the Real Estate Business - I know all the beachfront properties on the North Shore - and finally found this one to buy some years back.
Why the Owner Chose Ehukai Beach
I no longer surf Sunset or Waimea... Pupukea Surf Spot (right out front) may be the best 'mellow' wave on the North Shore! So - I bought the beach house directly in from the break.
The Unique Benefits of this House
Sights and sounds of the surf. Some of the best sunsets in the world. Walk right down to the beach and get sand between my toes. I can see the surf and ocean conditions every minute the sun is out.
