Only steps from the elevator leading to the beach and pools, unit 1302 has the best views of both the gulf and bay. This unit boasts a king bed in the master bedroom and a queen bed in the guest room. A sofa bed in the living area will sleep two additional guests. The well-equipped kitchen with new cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless appliances comes with all the cooking essentials you will need. The unit also includes a full size washer and dryer for your added convenience.
Included in your stay is FREE DAILY BEACH SET-UP (2 chairs and 1 umbrella)for each paid day of your stay,and FREE WIFI. The front desk/concierge at Edgewater is available from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and offers convenient on-site check-in. 24 hour maintenance is always available. Edgewater has scheduled exercise classes in it's state of the art fitness center. A personal trainer is also available for private sessions. Edgewater offers a kids night out during the summer months so parents can enjoy a evening together.

Weekly guests receive a FREE $20.00 gift certificate to enjoy lunch and refreshments at the Tiki Bar & Grill. Edgewater has two sparkling pools, one with a waterfall as well as a heated spa and a toddler splash pool. A well-equipped children's playground overlooking the gulf as well as a basketball/shuffleboard court,professional putting green, and gas grills at the picnic area are included on the property. Reserve the Riviera Room for weddings, business, or family reunions.
Our guest are not charged the customary cleaning fee for daily, weekly, or monthly stays. ****Monthly rentals also receive one free mini-clean for every month they stay.****
Edgewater policy prohibits rentals to anyone under the age of 25. No pets allowed. Our unit is "no smoking".
