Why the Owner Chose Franklin
I chose to purchase this home because of its proximity to Nashville, Tennessee and the surrounding beauty of the area. The property is so close to all the conveniences of life, but far enough out to make you feel like you are really in the country. I love the Nashville area and it really is the best of both worlds with all the entertainment venues in the area, as well as all of the outdoor activities such as its many city and state parks.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Along with being a very large home for relaxing and entertaining, the home is situated on a 1.5 acre tract that allows for complete solitude and not situated in a neighborhood. The property was professionally designed, with most of the furnishings custom made my Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams, Company. A well designed kitchen with Viking Professional appliances, it allows for the most experienced chef of the house to cook like a pro. Hardwood floors throughout, large crown molding and beautiful light features, as well as unbelievable master bedroom and bathroom suites. The property is beautifully landscaped with a gorgeous screened in back porch that allows you to relax in it's setting no matter what time of the year or what time of the day you come home!

I finished building this home in early 2008 and love its location and charm. I travel approximately 250 days a year and consider myself a snow bird, so I seek a little warmer climate than the Nashville area for the Winter, so I love that someone can enjoy the beauty of the area and the complete comfort of the home while I am away!
