We love our second home. If you want the ticky tacky mountain theme look, this is not the place for you! We have furnished the house with art and furniture that express contemporary comfort and casual style.
The three levels feature two living rooms. This is especially nice for the adults to socialize, watch a movie or a game while the children can be downstairs watching something else or playing games. It is ideal for a large extended family or two families to share. You have space in the 2640 square feet to enjoy as you like.
We enjoy entertaining on the very large outdoor balcony, much larger than other properties nearby. An outdoor fire pit and dining table that seats 8 are fun to use year round.
We love to ski and from the house you can reach the following resorts, all within 30 minutes or less: Copper (10 mins), Keystone (15 mins), Breckenridge (20 mins), Arapahoe Basin (20 mins) and Vail (30 mins).

Year Purchased: 2007
We purchased when our son was five years old and he is quickly becoming an accomplished skier. We hope to own this house for years to come and could someday see ourselves retiring here.

The house is close to our home in Denver and many winter and summer recreation locations.
The Unique Benefits of this Duplex
Our house backs up to open space, on the back deck there is a spectacular view of the Continental Divide. We can walk out the front or back doors to trail heads that lead into the National Forest and go as far as Vail.
