We bought this home because of the great weather, safe surroundings, and access to many restaurants and outdoor activities in Naples and the surrounding areas of Sanibel Island and Marco Island.

The house is 5 blocks off the beach with access to a number of new and established shopping locations and great restaurants, i.e. Old Naples, The Waterside Shops in Pelican Bay and the new shops at Mercato. The weather is beautiful year round and the people in the surrounding areas are friendly, courteous and helpful.
Outdoor Restaurant and Bar on the Beach. less than a 15 minute walk and does serve patrons on the beach.
New Shopping Center with new Fresh Market grocery. Many new restaurants and stores. 2 minutes away across Tasmiami Trail (US 41)
