The house has 4 bikes, pool and beach chairs. It is a short drive to the Shops at Mercato Place with new restaurants and stores and close to the Waterside Shops in Pelican Bay. Overall we were very happy with the location and furnishings in the house. Well maintained and spacious. Second living room / office was nice to have with more than one family staying. We really appreciated the bikes and beach stuff in the garage. Small downside was lack of wifi or cable TV. The only real issue I had was getting my deposit back on time. I had to follow up many times to get the deposit back. We rented the last week of December and I only got the deposit back on the 26th of March. As per agreement deposit should have only been held for 6 weeks - NOT 3 MONTHS!!!Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+.
Owner response: The renter never contacted the owner about the security deposit issue. I have a natioanl rental agency handle the finances for my property. We never new he was having problems with the deposit from the Rental Agency. I would have helped him get his deposit back sooner, if I knew he had a problem with our agency. This is the first time an issue like this came up. I have switched Rental Agencies for the upcoming season, a firm that is local and closer to my propoerty for service.

The weather is beautiful year round and the people in the surrounding areas are friendly, courteous and helpful.
