Welcome to The Ideal Villa at Solana, a beautifully appointed 6 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms vacation home located on the exclusive resort style community of Solana, which is located on the US 27 between the 192 and the I4. It’s known as the 'Golden Triangle' of vacation villas. The community is about 10 minutes from Disney World, minutes away from many golf courses and near all the Orlando area major attractions. It has easy access to the West Gulf Coast beaches as well as Busch Gardens and the Space Center. As a guest in our home, you and you family can enjoy all the benefit of The Solana Resort Club House, which offers a large community pool and SPA, gazebo, putting green, playground, and beach volleyball court. The beautiful clubhouse on site has a reception/social area, cyber café, fitness room, video games room and video arcade, there is even a sundry shop that sells drinks, smacks and rents DVD’s.
Our recently purchased new luxurious villa was built in 2006, professionally decorated to a high standard and providing ample accommodation for up to 12 guests. It boasts 4 Master Bedroom suites (two King and two Queen), each with its own private bathroom and walk-in closet. All master suites have Cable TVs, DVD players and upgraded with brand new comfortable plush bedding. Additional 2 bedrooms with 2x twin beds in each that share a central bathroom.
The bathrooms all have marble vanity units, bath/showers and toilets with the ground floor King Master suite hosting a Jacuzzi whirlpool corner bath and a large walk in shower.
The architecture of the Villa with its open concept of living arrangement provides impressive accommodation and space in an open way and is fully air-conditioned throughout.
When entering through the front door you will be presented with a large tiled hallway that leads to a well appointed living and dining room running almost the length of the house. Just past the dining room is a fully equipped modern kitchen with an extended island that doubles as a breakfast nook.
Located next to the kitchen is a very spacious family room that has a high vaulted ceiling and offers the ideal place for the family to gather. There is a large TV and DVD player for your enjoyment.
The family room and the breakfast area have sliding glass doors that lead directly to the back of the house where a lavishly extended deck offers lots of room to relax and sunbathe under the Florida sun, or take a dip in the large private swimming pool and spa, enjoy the shade under the 12 x 40 feet Lanai (Porch) which extends the length of the house, great for alfresco dining.
Also the house is equipped with FREE HIGH-SPEED WIRELESS Internet access for our guests who can’t quite get away from it all, and free national calls.
To cap all of this luxury, a fully equipped game room is at your disposal. It provides a pool table, a foosball table and an air-hockey table all to add to your entertainment within this beautifully equipped home.
