Our recently purchased 5 years old new villa has 6 bed/6 bath (5.5 inside, a shower outside in the pool area) with 5 master suites. It has just been fully upgraded. We have installed 50 inch large flat screen TV, brand new carpet, new sofas,brand new bed, fully equipped kitchen with everything you need at your own home and more, game room with activities for all ages, huge private screened heated pool with SPA with child safe fence and patio furniture, gas grill and nice beach chairs & loungers, brand new baby/toddler equipment(full sized crib and pack N play crib all with brand new bedding, and high chair), brand new towels in all bathrooms. All 6 bedrooms were upgraded with brand new plush bedding, pillows and decor for your maximum comfort.
Our newly upgraded home also offers cable TVs in all rooms, DVD player and CD player, free HIGH-SPEED wireless Internet, free phone calls and 24/7 monitored security alarm system for your enjoyable, convenient and safe stay.
The Ideal Villa is located on the exclusive resort style guard gated community of Solana, which is located on the US 27 between the 192 and the I4. It’s known as the 'Golden Triangle' of vacation villas. The community is about 8 miles from Disney main gate, minutes away from many golf courses and near all the Orlando area major attractions. It has easy access to the West Gulf Coast beaches as well as Busch Gardens and the Space Center. As a guest in our home, you and you family can enjoy all the benefit of The Solana Resort Club House, which offers a large community pool and SPA, gazebo, putting green, playground, and beach volleyball court. The beautiful clubhouse on site has a reception/social area, cyber café, fitness room, video games room and video arcade, there is even a sundry shop that sells drinks, smacks and rents DVD’s.

Great place for large family gathering

This house was a wonderful place for a large family gathering. We comfortably had 7 children ages 16 months to 13, plus 4 adults at this large home. There were large bedrooms to accomodate us all. The house was clean. And it's not too far from Disney (20 min or so) and Universal (35 min or so). The kids had a blast in the pool and spa after our park adventures. The kitchen was nicely equipped so we could cook and didn't have to eat out every meal. My only suggestion is that the owners stock the home with some basic necessities--salt, pepper, paper towels, extra toilet paper etc. We were warned of this up front, but it was easy to forget these little things when shopping for items for our time there. That said, there was a grocery store 5 mins down the road so getting the things we needed wasn't too much of a hassle. I recommend this house if you have a crowd!

The house is about 20 minutes from the Disney area, but we found the restaurants were easy to get into because of this. The house was beautiful and clean. We had a few issues with the pool heat and Spa, but the maintenance company came out that day and fixed everything quickly. The clubhouse staff was very helpful with all our questions. I would stay in this villa again when I visit Orlando again.

Me and my family had so much fun, everyone is stilling talking about it, we did something driffent every day. ate at some of the nices restaurants, over all this is the way to spend a few day or a week out of town with family and friend. And the ower she was wondeful, every one we talk to and tell about our week and show off our picture they can see evething was great.

We just returned from our wonderful vacation in this rental home. All of us loved this home, the space, game room and pool were just as fantastic as we had hoped. The Beds were super comfortable some of us were even wishing we could bring them home with us. This home is close and convienent to all of the Disney Parks as well as Sea World and Universal Studios. I would highly recommend this home to anyone that is thinking of vacationing in the Disney World area. Thanks Michelle, this made our vacation easy, fun and relaxing to have such a beautiful place to come home to after a fun day at the parks.

Returned from a 7 day stay at this house. House is exactly as the pictures show - was very clean & comfortable with all required amenities (wifi, tv, appliances). Didnt get a chance to use the house pool or the resort pools. Home owner was extremely responsive/reachable to all communications and requests for early arrival & late departure. Would rent again if I'm in the same area & house is available.
