  We just finished with a very relaxing and low key 4 night stay at John and Terri's home away from home. The condo was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable as were the chairs on the deck overlooking a gorgeous view of the ocean John and Terri were very delightful to deal with and we had a great expereince communicating with them before, during and after our stay. I would highly recommend this condo.

  My husband and I flew in from Beijing to visit with family. We were exhausted from our travels, so we spent most of our time relaxing on the balcony. There was plenty of room to have friends and family over to catch up and play cards. The view was the best part (even better than the photos)! We could see the ocean from every room. Overall the condo was very clean, well maintained, and comfortable. The condo is on the first floor, so no stairs or elevators necessary. I highly recommend this condo!

  I can't begin to describe how wonderful John and Terri's condo was...it was breath taking. They have thought of every possibly item that you would wish or have in your own home. Everything is top of the line:) The best part, by far, is the patio. Every room in the condo opens up to a huge patio with numerous items of patio furniture. Great place to sip your morning coffee (or bloody mary) and fantastic spot to watch the 4th of July fireworks. We would book this condo again...for sure! Thanks for making our vacation memorable.

  I highly recommend renting from the owners of this unit. The rental speaks for itself......it is beautiful....but I must say in all my years of travel I have never dealt with anyone as accommodating as John and Terri. I can't say enough good about them, their kindness, and integrity. They go beyond the extra mile to meet all your needs. I give them the highest recommendation. They are renters you can trust.   We have rented an ocean front beach condo every year for 22 years, and this is one of the best! Wonderful views, easy beach access, and the home has great modern furnishings: beautiful tiled baths, new kitchen cabinets, clean working appliances, comfortable bed, and nice balcony table and chairs. There is not one thing missing here, and we enjoyed a very comfortable stay. John makes sure you have everything you need, and more. He contacts you before, during and after to make sure all goes smoothly. We highly recommend this superb condo for a worry-free vacation!

  This is our second year for an extended stay in John and Terri's beautiful condo. Loved the new sliding glass doors. Work so easily and quietly. This unit is the complete package: immaculate and well-appointed. The ocean view from each room is incredible. Thanks, John and Terri, for your hospitality and for sharing your beautiful home.

  This place was wonderful. The only think that was not provided was a maid to do the cooking. The home was very clean and well organized. There is nothing that could be more perfert. The beautiful sun set was magnificent. Thank you for sharing your home.

  This was our first trip to Myrtle Beach and we were in total glory when walked into John and Terri's second home....The pictures on this site do not give the views and condo justice!!! The balcony was fantastic, views were spectactular throughout the condo.... The Condo was very clean, neat and had everything you could ask for....Kitchen was fully stocked and the bathrooms were very nice..... John was extemely helpfull in answering any questions or concerns that we had for him. All of our emails were answered quickly by John and he was just a pleasure to deal with. John even sent us a follow up email to make sure we got home safe..... Just a sign a his true character! To sum it up...We loved our stay here and will back again renting from John and Terri our new freinds! Highly recommend this place but not too much as I don`t want it to book up and leave me standing on the outside looking in.....Sooooo until I book my week(s) here every year this place is ok...after that it absolutley a Paradise!....highly recommend it.....

  We had the privlege of staying 2 weeks in John and Terri's beach home. Was excellent. And John made great effort to make us feel comfortable and at home. The balcony was awsome... would highly recommend it's like you never leave the beach.

  Dear John and Terri, This was our first visit to Myrtle Beach and we are so glad we got to experience it in your beautiful Condo!! It was everything you said it was and so much more! It was wonderful to fly in and not have to stop and pick up laundry detergent and paper supplies, you guys thought of everything! The place was so clean and updated....everything to make our stay "perfect"! We also enjoyed the beautiful views from the balcony! We will definitely be coming back to stay here again!! Thank you so much for being so very helpful in every aspect! We can't wait for a return trip!!!
