The Unique Benefits of this House
The house has many walking and biking trails as well as horse back riding stables around it and within 1.5 miles from a very exclusive hotel and restaurant/golf course (The Grand del mar). The world renowned Torrey Pines golf course is two freeway exits away, approximately 5-7 miles. There is a bike/walking path to go to the beach and there are several mountain biking traits near the house. The Del Mar racetrack is within 5 miles and seaport village is about 10 miles.Sea world is a 10-15 minute car ride and legoland is 20. Balboa park (15 minute drive) has many museums centered in the one park and old town offers Mexican stores and restaurants. The gas lamp district is a 15 minute drive, for a great night life experience.
