  We had a wonderful time with our baby son at this condo. The unit was clean and comfortable and the easy access to the beach was a huge plus. Our security deposit was returned quickly. Terry and Ellen were very helpful. We definitely would recommend this to anyone staying in Myrtle Beach!

  We just returned from our second year staying at this condo. Once again, we were completely satisfied in every way! It's a beautiful condo-clean, well-decorated and well-maintained with a spectacular view! The owners go out of their way to make their guests feel at home and insure a great stay. They are a pleasure to work with and make the check-in and check-out process so simple, the best we've ever had. They go above and beyond in every way. We highly recommend this condo and renting from these owners. We are looking forward already to another visit next year!

  This condo was super in every way--clean, comfortable, and very spacious and well-decorated. The view is spectacular--VRBO pics don't do it justice. Renters were a pleasure to work with from beginning to end--helpful, well-organized, and very concerned about making us feel at home and ensuring that this rental met, and even exceeded, our expectations. It definitely felt like a home away from home. The check-in/check-out experience was super--the easiest and most convenient we've ever had. We would, without reservation, highly recommend this condo to anyone. Our family is already looking forward to staying there on our next Myrtle Beach vacation!

  We had stayed at Margate before, so the incredible accomodations were not the main attaction for this unit (although don't under-estimate how incredible Margate is - by far the nicest condo unit in Myrtle Beach). This unit is very well maintained, and is far above any other rental condo we've ever stayed at. Very nicely decorated and well appointed. The kitchen is well stocked for gourmet cooking and dining, with very high-end pots, pans, china, glassware and other cooking necessities. Bath linens were top-end plush towels. You can tell that the owners spared no expense when decorating and stocking this unit, as it feels more like someone's personal home than a rental unit. And as for the owners, they were very easy to work with. Responded immediately to all questions and requests, and overall were extremely pleasant to work with. I highly recommend this condo!

  What a beautiful beach home! We go to Myrtle Beach 3-4 times a year and this is the best equipped rental we have ever stayed. Terry and Ellen couldn't have made the rental process any easier. The expedient return (less than a week) of the security deposit was a nice surprise. Overall, this was a great renting experience.

  We had a wonderful time in Myrtle Beach during our most recent visit. It was not our first time visiting Myrtle Beach and staying at the Margate Tower at Kingston Plantation. However, it sure was the most pleasant vacation we ever had in Myrtle Beach, mainly because of our great staying in unit #2604. The day before we left the house, the owner called/emailed us to provide us all information we would need for our arrival. It took us ten hours to drive south. Once we arrived, later in the same evening, the owner contacted us to confirm our safe arrival and to make sure we have everything we need in the unit for our staying. We never received this level of follow up/service on any other prior rentals, at Margate Tower or anywhere else. That personal attention sure started our vacation on a very good note. To our pleasant surprise, the unit appeared to be so much nicer and larger than in the pictures. It was nicely and professionally decorated. It gave us a sense of warm, welcoming, and not overwhelming. The minute we walked in, we felt very relaxed and right at home. Everything seemed to be at the right place. Every room was well equipped, even the laundry room with beach towels and laundry detergents. The kitchen had many small appliances, even a rice cooker and a George Foreman grill. The living area and the bedrooms were all equipped with flat screen TVs/entertainment systems. After we walked the unit, we concluded that we were basically over-packed. Unlike many other rentals, this unit had everything we needed and more. We spent many late afternoons and evenings sitting out on the balcony enjoying the beautiful view of the beach. Being on the 26th floor, we had a spectacular view of the beach and the longest pier on the East Coast. We definitely will come back to this unit on our next visit to Myrtle Beach. We highly recommend this unit/rental to anyone who appreciates the quality and high standard of vacationing. Thank you T. and E. for allowing us a wonderful staying at your unit/home.   We enjoyed our stay at the Margate and found condo #2604 to be very spacious, nicely furnished/decorated and clean. We have been staying in the Kingston Plantation area each summer for several years and this was by far the roomiest condo we've rented. Other condos are so tight on space that you feel like you're constantly running into each other or tripping over furniture, but not this one. Additionally, my two teenaged sons each brought a friend so it was nice that each pair had their own rooms and their own bathrooms. One minor complaint is we didn't like having to use a credit card-sized "key" to enter the building from the beach or pool area. With six of us sharing the condo and only three sets of keys, that sometimes meant someone had to wait on another person just to enter the building to use the restroom. Otherwise, everything was great.

  What a beautiful oceanfront home! Very spacious, well decorated, and furnished with everything you'd ever need. Wallmart (for groceries) only a few minutes away. Restaurants, shopping, and entertainment only a short drive. Building was very well maintained and extremely quite on our floor. My 2 teenage kids and their 2 friends had a great time here and loved the fact that each bedroom had their own bathroom. I couldn't have asked for better communications from the owners. In the 10+ years we have visited Myrtle Beach (mostly in the Grand Strand area), this was by far the nicest condo we have stayed in. I highly recommend this condo and my family has already started discussing another trip back hopefully next year.
