We really enjoyed our stay in your studio apt. It was very comfortably furnished and had a great use of space. The view of the backyard garden was an added bonus. It is very conveniently located - near downtown Mill Valley and also near the highway for easy access to traveling.

We spent three nights in this lovely studio celebrating our anniversary. It is larger than I imagined from the photos and the big windows looking out on a large, private and beautifully landscaped yard were a wonderful surprise. Great attention has been given to every detail making this a charming and comfortable place to stay. The small kitchen has a sink, microwave, toaster oven and dishes... also coffee maker with Peet’s coffee and a large selection of teas. The Whole Foods store, a short walk away, offers an extensive selection of prepared foods and salads perfect for a quick but delicious “dinner in” or a picnic at the outdoor table for two on the deck. The bathroom is small with shower only, but plenty of plush towels, wash cloths, shampoo, soaps and even a selection of magazines. My only caution would be to someone with limited mobility, there is a bit of a step up into the shower... not a problem for us at all, but could be for some. The Murphy bed is very comfortable with first quality bedding and lots of extra pillows. We brought a DVD and enjoyed watching it on the big screen T.V. (a selection of DVD’s were also available there) and we used the WiFi. San Francisco is just a few minutes drive away, across the Golden Gate Bridge. Marin Headlands National Recreation Area (right turn, just before the bridge) offers beaches and miles of hiking and mountain biking trails, many with stunning views of the city... also the Marine Mammal Rescue Center and the only restored Nike Missile Site in the country, preserved as a museum by a dedicated group of volunteers. Mt. Tamalpais State Park is a short drive away with numerous hiking and biking trails, as are Muir Woods and Stinson Beach. A biking and walking trail beginning a few steps from the studio will lead through natural wetland areas and all the way to Sausalito. Our hosts were very friendly and informative, and we had a wonderful visit. This is a very comfortable and pleasant accommodation, in a great area, at a very reasonable price. Next time we’re visiting the area, we’ll stay here.
