Unlike many homes in the area you do not have to look between homes for the view. From the living room, dining room, or front deck you look out over the cul-de-sac at an unobstructed view of Mt. Frisco is the center of Summit County. The list of things to do from this location is endless. We love to play all day and then take a leisurely stroll into town for dinner.

The Unique Benefits at this House
We come to the mountains for recreation and the quiet solitude of the mountains. We find both at this home. This home is located at the top of a quiet cul-de-sac. We can sit on the front deck and the only cars we will see all day are the neighbors. Put you car in the garage and let it snow, you don't have to scrape of the ice and snow.... just get in it and go when ever you are ready.

Kimberly and Steven have been married since 1976. For almost 10 of those years they lived full time in Summit County. They now live in Morrison, Colorado.... but still spend as much time as possible at their home in Summit County.
