The rue Montorgueil market street with its shops and restaurants is within a five minute walk. The Louvre is about 15 minutes away. The Grand Boulevards and a metro is right around the corner just a minute away.
The apartment is on the sixth floor of an original art deco building. There are two elevators for your convenience. The apartment is bright and airy with all the modern amenities. Enjoy the large kitchen with a washer and dryer, electric stove and oven, microwave and coffee maker.
Having just been renovated, the apartment has all new appliances and furniture. It can sleep up to four people with comfort. The apartment has a very comfortable futon for two and a European queen-size bed. The TV has a VCR incorporated in it so you can play your favorite videos while relaxing.
