If shopping is your thing, there is a large mall just 10 minutes east and Old Town Scottsdale is just 25 minutes by car.

Why the Owner Chose Pines at South Mountain
This location is so central to everything and yet very quiet. Raven and Legacy Golf Clubs less than 5 minutes away. 15-20 minutes to the Airport, Downtown, Tempe.... I can be playing golf at over 30 sites or eating dinner in most areas in 30 minutes or less! Not to mention that there is shopping across from the development for most daily needs. The closeness of South Mountain Park makes for great hikes or bike rides. The views from the top..... may be the best in the entire Valley of the Sun.
The Unique Benefits at this Home
The floor plan of my home is a Great Room setup. The open setup encourages interaction while cooking, watching TV or just kicking back sharing stories of the activities of the day. The Pines at South Mountain has a community pool and hot tub, great for enjoying the sun or taking out the kinks in your muscles.

I purchased this home when I was transferred to Phoenix as my retreat and future retirement home. When I was transferred back to The Los Angeles area I kept it for times when I like to get away from the hustle and bustle of big city life. It truly is my golf retreat! When my mom was still able to travel I brought her here to get away from the cold and dark winter in Spokane. Having her there for a week, watching the fantastic sunsets, warming her in the sunny pleasant days remains one of my most memorable moments.....
