First of all I really appreciate the flexibility that Vince had in getting us into to the unit. The unit itself is fantastic for a family of four. The facility was very nice especially since it was still a little chilly, made the indoor water park very worthwhile. I would still stay during the summer too.

Took two small kids for a short weekend. The indoor waterpark was a lot of fun and the kids loved it. The condo was great. Had everything we needed. Owner was extremely easy to work with. We had absolutely no surprises what so ever. We would definately stay again!

We have been coming to Myrtle Beach for 12 years and this was our second stay with Vince at Dunes Village in 2011. Property amenities can't be beat for families and Vince is extremely professional and easy to work with. The unit is outstanding and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great vacation. We will stay with Vince again during our next visit to Myrtle Beach in the summer.

We stayed Nov. 4 thru Nov. 12. The condo was everything we expected. Vince was wonderful to deal with. We called on Friday to see if we could come in a day early if the unit was open and he worked with us great. We were traveling with our 5 month old, 2 year old and 6 year old. The children loved all the water amenities. The activities staff are great and work year round. There is free face painting daily. My 6 yr old and 2 yr old got in on the daily competitions for prices. Would highly recommend Vince and his condo to anyone looking for a great family vacation. By the way, the weather was also great. Reached 70 or better 5 of the days we were there.

We have been back from our stay at the Dunes a few weeks now and we miss it already. This place is great!! It really has everything you need all in one place. My kids had lots to do with all the pools, slides and games face painting everyday and many other kids crafts. My husband and I enjoyed the hot tubs and game tables. This condo is great and really has everything you need for a weeks stay. Vince was so good to work with and made things so easy for us. This condo is in the Palmetto Tower and that worked out perfect for us. This is the tower with the smaller slides but has all the game tables. Every night we got showers and p.j.'s on and let the kids come back down for a few more games before bed. We stayed 6 nights and only went out one night. The kids didnt want to leave and that was good with us because we saved LOTS of money!! I really cant say enough about The Dunes and how great of a place it is. We had already started planning our vacation for next fall before we even left. If you are looking for a clean condo , at a great place, well priced and someone great to work with then this is your guy. Thank You Vince for all your help and a great vacation.

Everything was EXACTLY as described! Perfect! :) There were seven of us and we fit with comfort in the condo! The only downfall is parking.....but EVERYONE in Dunes Village would have the same complaint....and if it truely bothers you they have valet parking! We LOVED the Dunes and the condo! This was the first time we did VRBO and we were very impressed. Vince was wonderful to deal with. The room was clean and had everything that was described. Our kids had a great time exploring all the amenities at the waterpark and the extra activities provided by the resort were a nice surprise. We would love to go back again!

Our family enjoyed the condo and amenities for the most part. The high points were the indoor water parks and games, the condo was clean and had all necessary comforts. However, would like to have had up to date linens and the carpet needs a deep cleaning. As for local shows, I felt the Pirate show and meal was excellent (this used to be Dixie Stampede but is still operated by Dolly Parton).

We had a great time at Dunes Village resort. The condo was clean and as decribed. Comfortable beds and a great view from the balcony. The waterparks are great, especially with small children. The stretch of beach is clean and private near a residental area. The owner was very helpful and hotel staff very friendly. Plenty of shopping and activities within 15 minutes of resort.

The unit was exactly as described - clean, well-maintained, modern and stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Check-in/Check-out was a breeze and Vince provided clear/concise instructions to make our stay as worry-free as possible. The resort amenities were perfect for our 16 month old daughter who enjoyed both waterparks, the life-size chess set, outdoor playground and dancing to the live band on on the pool deck Friday afternoon. All-in-all a great stay and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this rental to anyone! Vince was a pleasure to deal with and very quick to respond to any questions we had.

This was a perfect place to stay for a family. Our children are ages 12, 10 and 6 - there was plenty for them to do at all times without ever having to leave the property. We enjoyed having access to two waterparks and outdoor pool areas. The game area also provided fun for the family. The condo is beautiful, updated and very clean. This was one of our best family vacations ever! I highly recommend this property.

This condo was ideal for a quick weekend away with our two kids (5 & 2). The kids had a great time in the Lazy River, Splash Area, and on the water slides, and Mom & Dad enjoyed some quiet time on the balcony overlooking the ocean. We were surprised to find planned activities for the kids, which included crafts, games, a magic show, and daily face painting. All in all, a terrific experience. Our oldest has already asked when we are coming back -- and we haven't even left yet. Thanks Vince.

We visited Myrtle Beach this pas weekend and had the pleasure of staying at Vince's condo at Dunes Village. What a wonderful weekend! I love staying at this area of the beach because it's not the super crowded area, but you still have access to so many attractions. But it's also nice not to have to leave the building if you don't want to. It was so great to have the access to the water parks. Our 3 girls (ages 6, 3, and 1) had a blast playing. The condo was great, too - just as described. It was so great to lie in bed and be able to hear the ocean. We would certainly rent from Vince again. He made the whole process seamless and provided helpful and precise information. Thanks!

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious condo. The owner gives simple, clear and concise check -in/out procedures. The unit is quiet. In fact if you are in the Master Bedroom and want to know what is going on in the second bedroom at night, you'll need a baby monitor. There is room for a Pak-N-Play in both bedrooms. The master has a double sink, one on each wall. Love that extra bathroom space! The Wi-Fi was a little slow, but reliable enough for a working vacation. A sitting area in the Master has a relaxing view of the ocean. Bring a box to place in the entry hall of the unit to toss shoes into (not a good closet for this) and sheets for the pull out couch, then you're all set to enjoy this well-maintained rental.

We stayed here over our fall break. We have 3 girls (ages 8, and twin 4 yo). We had a wonderful time. They loved the water parks, beach, and playground. There is so much to do at the condo buildings for kids. They have a lot of craft activities, as well as special visitors in one of the water parks. The water parks offered slides, splash areas, and pools geared toward younger and older children, as well as adults. There's even a tiki bar by one of the outdoor pools for adults. The condo was clean and very nice with lots of space for our family of 5. We are already talking about returning and renting from Vince again. He was so easy to work with.

Great Family Vacation

This was our first visit to Myrtle beach and we had a fantastic time. The condo was clean, well supplied and in an excellent location. Our 2 sons used everything at the Dunes; both waterparks, the pools, the ping pong, shuffle board and Wii and of course, the beach. There are great restaurants nearby for dinner (we enjoyed Carraba's and Fudruckers especially). There are also wonderful mini putt courses in the area and Ripley's Aquarium was amazing (and so were the bargains at the Coach store in the Tanger outlet!!). My husband enjoyed golfing at 2 courses as well. Really, there was so much to do we have a big list of all the things we will be doing next time we come and we will defintely stay here. We came down with another family who stayed just down the road at another condo (for a lower price), but their kids were not as happy with their 1 small pool and cried to visit us daily at the waterpark, especially as we had 2 mornings of rain. We did not see a better place to stay in Myrtle beach.for a family with young children.

This is a great vacation destination. It has everthing for all ages. Great condo, loved the spacious master bathroom, great views of the beach and ocean, loved the keyless entry and on our last morning we were excited to see dolphins from the balcony. We spent our first time ever at Myrtle Beach here. What a great place to stay. We knew nothing about the city so we had alot of questions and the owner helped us out alot. You are not far from anything yet far enough away that the beaches are not crowded and its quiet at night. Lots for the kids to do on sight. I think the furthest we drove to anything was 15 minutes. Fireworks somewhere in town every night. This is definetly a great place to stay.

My family and I were here the last week of March for spring break...the weather was not on our side...but the water park, the game room and the resort bar (for us adults) were GREAT!!! The unit was just as described and Vince was WONDERFUL to work with. We even saw dolphins from the balcony. The only thing I would add to this unit is some more ceral bowls. Thanks again Vince, I will be sure to recommend your unit when I hear people talking about taking the hike down there from Chicago!!
