This is a darling and spacious one bedroom condo with a comfy king size lodgepole bed and cozy fireplace. The living room has a queen sofa sleeper so this warm Tahoe unit can comfortably accommodate four. Incline Beach, Hyatt Regency Hotel & Casino, fine lakeside dining, movie theatre and bowling alley are all within walking distance. Perfect for families with small children, it is located on the lower level of the complex for easy access.

SUMMER ACTIVITIES: Our complex has a lovely recreation area with an outdoor swimming pool and indoor hot tub & sauna, all just steps away from this unit. Enjoy a morning stroll on the beautiful three mile stretch of Lakeshore Drive. Incline offers two private resident beaches (two free passes included in rental, additional passes may be purchased for a small entry fee); two 18-hole golf courses, the Championship Course and the smaller Mountain Course; a beautiful recreation center complete with indoor swimming pool and a one of a kind tennis complex hidden in the woods. The lake offers an array of activity from boating or parasailing to fishing or just relaxing on the beach. There is horseback riding 30 minutes away at Northstar at Tahoe.

WINTER ACTIVITIES: Relax apre ski in front of the fireplace or in the complex hot tub. Incline Village has it's own intermediate ski area at nearby Diamond Peak Ski Resort. Centrally located, Heavenly Valley, Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows are only a 40 minute drive. Mount Rose ski area is only 20 minutes over Hwy 431 and Northstar at Tahoe is only 30 minutes away. Sledding is abundant all around the area. There is even a bowling alley and a movie theater for the non-skier.

Coined the "quiet side" of the lake, Incline Village is just 40 minutes from the Reno/Tahoe airport, 30 minutes from South Lake Tahoe, Tahoe City and historic Truckee California.
