  Couldn't ask for a better time. Great weather, great condo, great food and great golf. We are all coming back next year for sure. I would recommend this condo to everyone. It's fully equipped and the booking was easily done. With the ocean just right across the street and the pool just steps away we couldnt want for more. The golf down here is amazing!

  Stayed in this same unit last summer and fell in love with it. Only a very few steps from the pool and a short distance to the beach. Very clean and quiet. Many great local restautants. Only one disappointment, wished I had taken my blender. The one in this unit did not work. Plan on returning again in 2013.

  We all had a wonderful time in this very well appointed condo. It was our first time to this beautiful area and definitely not our last. The condo looks exactly like the pictures and is very comfortable decorated in a beachy theme and in close location to everything. The pool was great and it felt like our own and the access to the gorgeous beach being right across the street was so convienent. We are definitely coming back next year. Thank you, Jan, for opening up your condo to provide many with such memorable vacations.

  This is an ideal location on 30-A to enjoy the beach. It was very close to everything we wanted to do. The condo was great for our family because of the pool, easy access to the beach, and screened in porch to place all of our beach toys. The only down side is the upstairs tenants you can hear them walking and shutting doors. The neighbors on the side were not an issue. There is parking but make sure and park in the correct spot or the tenants will be upset. We will hopefully be using this condo in the future.

  This is a wonderful small condo close to the beach. The property description is accurate. It is one of the best appointed and maintained of similar properties we have rented. The owner and his representative are friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to deal with. We had a great time and plan on returning the next time we visit this beautiful area.

  We had the best spring vacation ever. Wonderful area, beautiful pristine beach, clear blue water. Close to many attractions but yet far enough away so one can relax. The condo unit is really great with it's beach inspired decorating and was fully equipped ad the pool is just steps away from the porch which did make it great for our little ones. Jan was wonderful to work with! We will definitely be back next year!

  I, my sister-in-law, her daughter-in-law and baby found this to be the perfect place for our first ever Girls Spring Break trip. The ground floor, poolside unit was perfect with the baby. Beach access involved a short walk around the pool area, across the street, and down the boardwalk. The unit itself, while not "fancy", was comfortable and very adequate for our needs. I considered it an excellent value. We found ourselves without AC one day, but an after-hours call to the leasing agency resulted in a prompt visit from a very friendly young man who found we only needed new batteries in the thermostat. All was back to normal in a matter of an hour or so. My only complaint would be the security light outside the window of the second bedroom that turns on automatically each night. For anyone who has trouble sleeping with any exposure to a light source, this would be a big problem.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, families with young children.

  Owner response: Thank you for the feedback. You can easily turn off the security light by a switch located in the hallway of the unit.

  My family and I had a fantastic time at this beautiful, perfectly located condo. We were far enough from the hustle and bustle of Spring Breakers yet very near to everything we could possibly need. We will definatley be back!

  We just returned from enjoying 2 wonderful weekshere. What a lovely, comfortable, roomy vacation home. On the ground level and within steps to the beautiful pool. The property is very well kept and everything that the description and photos reflect. The emerald blue ocean and the fine white sand beach is the most beautiful I've ever seen & within only a couple of minutes of the condo. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to spend time in "Paradise"....you'll love it!! Thank you to Jan (the owner) for all your help in making our vacation so wonderful.
