This property is unique, sitting at the confluence of the Rosebud and Stillwater Rivers. The fishing is phenomenal, right off the back porch. There are always deer and other wildlife about, sometimes right in the yard. Secluded and private, but close to town on a well maintained county road. You must see it to believe the breathtaking beauty of this land. Great views of the Beartooth Mountains. You have access to cross country skiing, boating, rafting, horseback riding all within one mile. It is also handicap friendly with a handicap bathroom, and ramp.
I also have a guide service, called Paintbrush Adventures Inc. There are horseback rides right outside your door for an addition fee as well as fishing trips. I have been in business for 27 years. My guide service has one of the largest permits in the Beartooth Mountains, offering a variety of trips.

I am a 5th generation rancher, living on the same land my great-grandfather did. I have two children and two grandchildren, as well as some 20 or so other kids I've taken in over the years. I love the outdoors; fishing, hunting, hiking, and horseback riding. I also have a guide service, called Paintbrush Adventures Inc. There are horseback rides right outside your door for an addition fee as well as fishing trips. I have been in business for 27 years.
