Unit 305 at Edgewater is a large (980 sf) one bedroom and one bath condo just steps away from the mid-building elevator which takes you to two sparkling pools (one heated) and the sugar white sands and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The complex features tropical landscape gardens, a pool side snack bar, hot tub, children's pool and playground, gas Bar-B-Q grills, picnic area, shuffle board court, basketball hoop and putting green. There are two covered parking garages. The lower garage will accommodate most SUV's and Vans.
The unit has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room and a snack bar, a washer and dryer in the unit, two TV's, two DVD's, a VCR and stereo system. The bathroom provides a his and her vanity, a lighted shower/tub combo and additional storage for beach towels. The unit sleeps four with a king bed and queen sleeper sofa.
