Come and enjoy your own little Island Paradise at "Celebration". Spend quality family time playing football or throwing the baseball in the beautifully landscaped fenced in back yard. Cool off in the 16 X 35' salt water pool or relax by the palm trees and enjoy the ocean breeze.
On the third floor you'll find the master bedroom with a king bed and private bath complete with shower and whirlpool tub. In the living room you'll find a large screen TV and a patio door that opens onto a partially covered deck with a beautiful view of the ocean and pool. On the second floor you'll find 3 bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom. There is 1 king, 1 queen and 1 regular bed. All bedrooms have their own TV and ceiling fan.
The streets at Holden Beach are great for bicycling, walking or jogging. Bike rentals are 3 blocks from the house. There are 3 restaurants within a 4-5 minute walk.

Why the Owner Chose Holden Beach
Our family likes a quiet, slow pace while on vacation. Holden Beach is exactly that. When you cross the bridge, it's as if you enter into another world. It's not crowded, things move at a slow pace yet you have restaurants, groceries and shopping within 5 minutes. We had began to wonder if a place like this still existed. Praise God.... it does.
The Unique Benefits at this House
The salt water pool is wonderful on hot summer days. Having a yard that you can throw Frisbee or play ball in is always fun. There is almost always a breeze blowing from some direction to help you cool off in the summer days. The inter-coastal water way is just 4 rows back from the house. It's fun to watch the big yachts going by or the shrimp boats docking in the evenings.

Our family had been vacationing up and down the North Carolina Coast for 3 years. We had been looking for a Beach House that we could enjoy as a family, share with family and friends and be a good investment at the same time. God showed 144 Brunswick Ave. to my husband Jeff and myself individually. When we showed each other what we had found.... it was the same house. The rest has simply been our Gracious God at work. We give our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ the glory and honor for it all. We just want the home to be used as Christ would want.... for it belongs to Him.

We have stayed at "Celebration" several times and will continue to come back! The home is beautiful, clean and spacious. The pool is a wonderful addition. With the outdoor shower, you never need to go inside to rinse off the sand from the beach. You can go straight from the beach to the shower to the pool. With 3 decks and the pool area, there are many places to find peace and relaxation. Walking distance to beach, restaurants, ice cream shop and bike rentals. We love it and look forward to many more family visits to your home!

The "Celebration" was more than we could have possibly imagined.The house is beautiful and cozy. Everything you could possibly want or need while you are at the beach is already there. The house is very clean and inviting. The lawn is beautifully landscaped. The pool is extra nice and very inviting to cool off in and just have fun. The beach is just a short walk from the house and is easily accessed. There are putt putt golf courses and a water slide nearby. We would highly recommend this house to our friends and relatives. You can truly relax, unwind and feel the presence of our Lord and Savior here. The trip was a blessing. We hope to stay there again next year and many years after.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
