A third floor office area on the third floor gives access onto 2 large roof decks with a wood burning fireplace. There is also a fourth deck area with barbecue right off the dining and kitchen. Whichever way the wind blows, you will always have a sheltered space to relax outdoors.

We have lived here with our family since 1996 and love the neighborhood. We rebuilt our house in 2009 so it is truly brand new. It feels like you have the largest front yard in the world, the Atlantic ocean is your pool and the summers are simply spectacular while staying within an easy commute of Manhattan. I don't think we could live anywhere else!
Why the Owner Chose Lido Beach
We knew the area and virtually committed before seeing the house. Local amenities are great and the Long Beach area feels very cosmopolitan. All year round this is a great place to be but it really comes alive in the summer with visitors, festivals and great activities and fun for families, couples, singles - whatever! The beauty of this small neighborhood is that is is quiet and has a private beach while being minutes from the center of town and a train ride into Manhattan.
The Unique Benefits of this Beach House
We recently rebuild the entire house and customized the layout to make the most of the beach and ocean at every turn. We boast the finest sand and it is reserved for residents only so it never feels crowded, even on the major holiday weekends. Whether watching the waves from the kitchen, or enjoying a fire on the deck during a cool late summer evening, is is truly a slice of paradise.
