This quaint and cozy cottage is situated in the quiet and beautiful New Hampshire countryside making it a perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The cottage shares approximately 33 acres with our classic New England farmhouse. It is located roughly 100 feet from the house and around 200 feet from our privately owned sandy beach on peaceful Lake Winona. The next closest neighbor in any direction lives around 500 feet away. A country road divides our property in two with the house and cottage on one side and the lakefront and beach on the other. However, the traffic is minimal because we are located in a very rural area. The beach is a brief walk across the street and down a modest hill from the cabin. A limited, but beautiful, view of the surrounding mountains and the lake is visible from the cottage porch.

The cabin is the perfect size for two people, very clean and well maintained, Lake Winona is a great place for anyone who is out to catch trout or bass, boat dock was very accessible and close to cabin. Great beach area and cook out set ups. The owner / operator Bruce is very helpful and a kind person, Bruce even came by with a Happy Birthday Greeting for my wife, I would recommend this rental to anyone.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, adventure seekers, age 55+, sightseeing.

My husband and I were so happy to stay at your adorable cabin. Such a perfect location. I have not stopped talking about it! Bruce, thanks for being a terrific guy with such a great personality. It really made our stay even better!

The perfect little cabin just the right size for two for a true retreat. A great location, only a short distance to local sites. A very peaceful and delightfully charming cabin.

Weather you are 30 or 70 or 80 you can enjoy a fire by the Lake at night , watch for falling stars or hear the call of the Loons.During the day enjoy a nice Kayak ride or lay on the beach and soak up the sun.

The cottage is cozy and cute. The lake itself is just gorgeous. And the beach is stupendous. The owner is awesome -- so nice and helpful. The kayaks were a wonderful touch. We saw and heard loons almost every day. Just a lovely getaway.
