Perfectly located 2 bedroom condo steps from free shuttle bus to ski lifts and short walk (.2 mile) to Quick Silver lift. Within walking distance (less than 1/4 mile) to town. Reserved outdoor parking available immediately outside front door of condo ~ makes unloading easy! Bedrooms are on basement level. Kids bedroom has loft bed and a bunk bed with full bed as bottom bunk. In kids bedroom, there is a wall mount flat screen TV and huge beanbag ~ perfect kid hangout! Master bedroom has flat screen TV and queen bed. Ideal condo for family with 1 - 3 kids.
Kitchen renovated in summer 2010. New cabinets, counter, and appliances.
Main living area is bright and comfortable.
Full bath recently renovated with large shower. (no bathtub)
Shared pool and hot tub is close by.

We are The Sullivan Family, Anthony, Colleen, Alexandra, Scott and Megan (not shown in the photo). We love going to Breckenridge all year round because of the fun, family friendly atmosphere of the town. There are so many outdoor activities that the entire family enjoy. Of course, the skiing is great and provides endless challenges for all our skiing levels.

My family and I have stayed at this condo multiple times. This condo is well maintained and always clean. The 2 bedrooms can easily accommodate 2 adults and 3 children. There is a flat panel tv in each of the bedrooms and in the living room. The kitchen is newly remodeled with granite countertops and new cabinets and appliances. There is a full size refrigerator, dining table and plenty of dishes /cookware. The location is great, with a short walk to the QuickSilver lift at the base of Peak 9, or to shopping/dining on Main Street. There is also a free shuttle directly across the street that will take you to the base area and into town. We are looking forward to coming back this ski season!
Recommended for:Families with young children.
