Come enjoy the white sands of Panama City Beach and emerald blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico from our condo with its “million dollar view” which can be viewed from the kitchen, living area, master bedroom. Relax and enjoy a spectacular sunset from the large private balcony after a day of sun and fun.
Living room features nine foot ceilings, crown molding, an L-shaped sofa that includes a sleeper for two (2), armoire that houses a flat screened television with DVD and VCR players, basic cable from Comcast, floor lamp, ceiling fan and custom art prints. Dining room table seats six (6) with additional seating for three (3) at kitchen counter. Utility closet has been converted into a dry bar with upper and lower cabinets and granite top which can be used as a buffet for entertaining convenience. Kitchen features granite countertops and custom cabinetry with upgraded dishwasher, refrigerator, stove and microwave. Upgraded cooking ware provides you with everything necessary to enjoy a snack or meal.
Both bed rooms carpet have been upgraded and the master bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed, night stand, and dresser with mirror, television with DVD and large closet with shelving. The second bedroom has two twin beds, night stand, dresser with mirror, television with DVD and Play station gaming system, and large closet with shelving. Both bedrooms are decorated with a Hawaiian theme with coverlets and pillows sown by owner. All fabric, decorations, wall prints and surf board brought back from the islands! Bathrooms are connecting to bedrooms and feature upgraded tiled shower/tubs, tiled floors and cultured marble vanities with cabinetry. Linens and towels are provided. Washer/dryer is located inside the unit as well.
Twin Palms Resort features a gulf side pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, exercise room, sauna and steam room. Gas grills available with picnic area. Optional beach service with umbrella and chairs available for rent. Parasailing and jet-ski rentals also available on the beach during the season.
Nearby activities include miniature golf, go-cart tracks, Ripley’s Museum, water park, championship golf courses, deep-sea fishing, scuba diving and snorkeling along with a variety of restaurants, grocery stores, a pharmacy, and liquor stores within walking distance. Newly opened for your shopping and dining pleasure is Pier Park, a 1.2 million square foot open air mall featuring over 100 shops, variety of restaurants and a mega movie theater.
