  My family of twelve just spent a great weekend here. I want to Thank the owners for sharing their home and for making everything go so smooth. The cabin was so open and had plenty of space, you never felt crowded. We loved the extra large dining room table, plenty of room for everyone. My granddaughters loved the loft area, with the full size bed, set of bunk beds and their own bathroom..All the beds were very comfortable.The downstairs was perfect, with TV, pool table and ping-pong table. The cabin was very CLEAN, which means a lot. Everything was very well taken care of. The kitchen was very well stocked. The view off the deck was fantastic... We also went into Clayton, which had plenty of little shops. The little ones even got to trick or treat around the square. I would definitely recommend this cabin, it was GREAT !!!

  We have been going to this area for years staying in different cabins, but this one is by far the best that we have ever stayed in. It has everything you could think of to make your stay wonderful. We made lasting memories there. The "game room" was an added bonus that we spent many many hours in and laughed til we hurt. This was one of the best vacations that we have ever had. We had a cookout and friends that were staying near by came, they loved the cabin as well. Thanks for working with us on getting your beautiful cabin on such short notice and it was nice meeting you as well.

• What a view!

  We recently stayed at the cabin for a guys weekend. The owners are very nice and respond to emails quickly. The cabin was easy to find and, although steep, the paved road up to the cabin is suitable for any vehicle. The cabin was the perfect place to get away from it all and relax. The inside is very clean and the kitchen has everything you need. Having the pool table and ping pong table down stairs was also great. There is plenty to do around the cabin, such as hiking and sight seeing. Downtown Clayton is only 4 or 5 miles away. If you are staying here I would recommend visiting Helen, GA if you get a chance. It is about an hour away, but it is a very nice German town with a lot of good food, art and entertainment for all ages. We ended up going for a 2.5 hour river tubing adventure to cool off. Our stay at the cabin was great and we hope to stay here again.

  My husband and I rented this property for a long weekend to have some family time with our three daughters, their husbands and grandson. The house was PERFECT! Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The guys enjoyed playing pool and watching some football. The kitchen was well supplied and we enjoyed sharing together during our meals at the extra large dining table! We only left the cabin once during our stay and that was for a short trip to Scaly Mountain to do a little snow tubing. We will be returning! The owners were very gracious and the whole process was so easy!

  We had a wonderful, relaxing time at the cabin. The property was clean and very nicely maintained. The listing description and photos were accurate and the accommodation and amenities were perfect for our family vacation. The owners were very prompt, helpful and friendly in answering any questions we had. I would definitely recommend this property to a friend or relative.

  This cabin was wonderful - the kitchen was so well stocked it seemed like "home". The view is breathtaking, the beds are great and the cabin is clean as can be. We enjoyed eating an evening meal at Cupboard Cafe - good home cooked food for a reasonable price. We hope to visit again next fall as the leaves in this area were the best!

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway, people with disabilities.

  I surprised my husband with a trip to GA for his 30th birthday. There were 8 of us in the cabin, we've all been friends for years and years and couldn't have asked for a more perfect way to reunite and catch up with each other. The cabin is gorgeous, the pictures don't do it justice and the view is breathtaking. We started each morning with cups of coffee on the upper deck and ended each night with a nice long soak in the hot tub on the lower deck. We all love adventure, the town of Clayton and surrounding areas offer a ton of it! We whitewater rafted the Chattooga, went horseback riding at the Dillard house, hiked the Tallulah Gorge and fished surrounding areas, we somehow even found time to just relax and enjoy the view. My husband and I keep saying this was the best trip we have ever been on...aside from our honeymoon of course!

  We had a girls getaway weekend ( six of us) and had a great time. The house was very clean. Everything we needed in the kitchen was there and all linens were furnished. There are five bedrooms and four baths. The loft bedroom has a double bed and bunk beds. There is a tv upstairs and one downstairs in the game room which has a ping pong table and a pool table. Relaxing in the hot tub, which is on the lower deck, was wonderful. We enjoyed going to the flea markets and other shops in the area, but the best thing was just relaxing on the deck enjoying the BEAUTIFUL view. The house is about half way up the mountain and a couple of us hiked to the top and back one day and the next went to the bottom and came back up. The native azaleas were beautiful and the landscaping around the house is very pretty. Looking forward to going back again and so are my friends.

  We stayed in the cabin for a long weekend and had a wonderful time. The cabin was spacious and inviting with plenty of parking and outside space. We felt like we were right at home from the moment we got there. The view from the deck was a great one to wake up to. And with pool, ping pong, hot tub, and a bunch of other games, there was never a dull moment in the house. We are definitely booking the cabin again next year.

  This is the best place to go for family getaway. The cabin was awesome with much space , clean and beautiful view of the mountains! The sunrise view is splendid! You don't wanna miss it! You can stay in the house for the whole weekend because there is so much to do for family bonding. they have pool table , Pingpong table , games to do for the family and a Jacuzzi overlooking the mountains! After taking more than a thousand steps hike at Tallulah gorge park the Jacuzzi was a great relaxation for everyone ...great family bonding time!!! We highly recommend this cabin it is priceless!!!!
