You will love this spacious and tastefully furnished 2280 sq ft oceanfront condo just steps from the beach. Located in a quiet area of the beach in the Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach, it is a securely locked building with an elevator and covered parking. Relax on the huge oceanfront balcony or lounge by the large pool or hot tub overlooking the dunes and ocean.
You can enjoy the sea gulls and pelicans flying by as you watch the big, flat screen TV. Prepare a meal in the fully equipped kitchen while enjoying the ocean view. The whole family can sit in the spacious living room area while sharing their memories of the day.
Master bedroom includes a king size bed, TV, VCR/DVD, with a private seating area and access to the balcony. A large bathroom includes a Jacuzzi tub, separate shower, with a double vanity.
Bedrooms #2 & #3 each have a queen size bed, TV, VCR/DVD and a private bath.
Bedroom #4 has a twin bed with trundle, TV, VCR/DVD with the bath next door. There are also 3 rollaway beds available in the condo.

We have stayed here several summers and have always found this unit to be in top-notch condition. The furniture is comfortable with plenty of seating and sleeping space as noted in the photos. The owners have an ouside closet with available beach chairs which keeps sand out of the condo. There are plenty of chairs on the balcony for surf-watching. We have rarely had a need to contact the owners with concerns but the one time we did (for a very minor issue), they were very responsive and had a repairman out extremely quickly. The location is great - 5 minutes from Barefoot Landing, 5 minutes to BiLo, less than 10 minutes to Walmart, and 5-10 minutes to tons of restaurants. I highly recommend this property!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.
