Our winter stay at Waterscape was truly superb! Barb, the owner, has very comfortable furniture and beds--much nicer than many of the units that were rented by our friends. The kitchen is well supplied with dishes and cookware. The condo complex has everything that a family needs to have fun! Dolphins were spotted from the balcony almost every day. A425 is a great place to stay!

Just returned from my 2nd stay in this condo...as was every bit as pleased this time as in the past. Barbara and Ron keep this unit immaculately clean and updated. Much attention is paid to every detail. The bedding is so comfortable and luxurious....feels like a 5-star hotel! The beaches are so nice in November...crowds are gone and the weather is spectacular. I will be back!

Everything was absolutely perfect for our Fall Break vacation! Barbara's condo is by far the nicest we have ever stayed in, and she is so easy to work with! We cooked a lot, and the kitchen is well supplied with anything you might need. Eating out on the veranda was lovely. The beds are super comfortable, plus free wi-fi so I was able to stay on top of emails while the family slept in. The bunk room is adorable. My son loved it. The toughest decision we made the whole week was whether to start off the day at the pool or the beach! The weather was perfect, too. I could not have asked for a better vacation! Thank you!

I have nothing but glowing things to say about this resort, this condo, and especially this owner. The cleaning service she uses forgot to bring in the high chair we requested, and she personally drove from Destin during Tropical Storm Lee to get it for us. This condo is beautiful as is the resort. I will stay here from now on and hope to get this room. Thank you Barbara for making this one of the best years we have spent in Fort Walton, and this is our 6th. You can't control the weather, but it did clear up.

We just loved this condo. It was beautiful-the best we have ever stayed in. It looks just like the pictures and better. Everything was so confortable and roomy for us. It was a great home-away-from-home and I could have easily stayed longer. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub a lot and enjoyed long walks on the beach. Since we were there for a longer time we ate in a lot and found that the kitchen was great with plenty of supplies to use. The lighting was greart and I have found that most places are poorly lit and I like to read and sew. So we enjoyed that a lot. I can see that the property at Waterscape would be perfect in summer for a family. I would certainly recommend this unit to everyone. Just wonderful!!! Tom and Karen

I recommend this unit. We stayed here in July 2010. It was beautiful. The beached were great and the owners were fabulous to work with.

Waterscape was wonderful, first class, can't wait to return. I took my family including my 2 grandchildren and everyone had a great time. The kids loved the "lazy river" and the zero entry pools. Our unit was decorated beautifully, the bed's were heavenly, the kitchen was well equipted and we had a clear view of the ocean. There are gas grills all the way around the pool and they are kept spotless. We also enjoyed the convenience of the bar/goodies hut at the pool. The owners of this unit went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Don't let the oil spill scare you off, we didn't see ANY! They are watching the beaches in Ft. Walton very closely and making sure they are clean and safe.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at Waterscape. The condo is decorated beautifully and was exceptionally clean. The beach was also very clean with powder white sand and crystal clear water. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

We spent around 11 nights at this condo in May for our family vacation. I was blown away with the condo and the owners client service! She went above and beyond to make sure our vacation was special for us and our children. We have stayed at several other units at Waterscape and this is by far the cleanest and nicest there is! I recommend this unit to everyone looking to vacation in this area.

This rental is so beautiful and classy-- every detail is paid attention. The beds and furniture were extremely comfortable and the rooms were beautifully decorated. Entertaining in the unit was a breeze with the ample room and stocked kitchen. The pools and beach were a dream for the kids. Barbara went above and beyond making us feel welcomed and letting us know she was a call away any time. We absolutely will be staying here again!

My husband & 4 kids LOVED it! It was gorgeous, clean and the kitchen had all I needed to cook with. My daughter had a cheer event at the convention center across the street and it was sooooo convenient and close. The beds/linens were amazingly comfortable and clean. This is my absolute standard and every home/condo I rent is compared to this unit. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

We enjoyed our vacation in this unit so much. Everything was sparkling clean and the furnishings were very comfortable and soothing. We especially enjoyed the spa-like amenities in the bathrooms. We have stayed in several other rentals in the Destin/Seaside area and none have compared to this one. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were immaculate and upscale! The beach was beautiful and the access to it very convenient. There were several nice pool areas , as well as a great fitness facility. I would highly reccommend this condo to anyone looking for a great Florida beachside vacation.

We ere in the area for my daughter's dance competition, & even though we had rain for 4 solid days, we truly enjoyed our stay in this condo. Friends who were in the same complex that came by to meet us to go out places all mentioned how "homey" our condo was. They said theirs were nice, but felt more "rental". The pictures are good and accurate, but renters will be delighted to find it even better when they enter. From the moment we stepped in the door, you could smell the freshness, and we all said, "Wow--this is awesome!" The owner's personal touches from leaving the note and popcorn (which delighted my 9 year old) to laundering all the linens and allowing use of the storage area were super. And, the addition of a shelf to act as a pantry and the elegant drape for the bunk area is something every unit should do! She offered her cell number & was glad to assist us in whatever way she could. We highly recommend the Waterscape property, & when in the area again, this is the first unit I will check!
