This Caribbean Guest Cottage features an Open Concept design with Queen Size Bed, Vaulted wood beam ceiling, and two patio door walkouts. One patio door leads to the screened in porch with separate entrance and outdoor relaxation. The other Patio Door leads to the barbecue/grill deck off the kitchen. The screened in porch has a view of the Flowering Hibiscus Shrubs and Palm Trees. There is also an outdoor sitting area with chairs and a hammick in the garden.
The interior features vaulted caribbean wood beamed ceiling, Italian Porcelain Tiles throughout. Decorated by an interior designer for Optimum functionality. The Studio Bedroom has a Double Closet and dresser. The TV Area has a Leather loveseat and 26" Flat Screen TV with DVD player mounted to wall. The Kitchen has gorgeous granite countertop, sink and taps with sprayer, large fridge with freezer, stove with oven and broiler, toaster oven, coffee maker, tea kettle, blender, microwave, pots and pans, cutlery, dishes, mugs and glasses.

Why the Owner Chose Discovery Bay
This is such a peaceful oasis! The canal is great for swimming and we love laying on the dock at night with a glass of wine and looking at the stars! The Canal leads to the south side of the island so we can park a boat at the dock. High elevation and nice tropical breeze. We love the architecture of the Wood Beamed Ceiling and Wrap around screened in Porch. We are in the Real Estate, Scuba Diving, Watersports and Hospitality Industries and love the location in central Provo, it is close to everything by car. Quick jot to airport, turtle cove marina, IGA, Grace Bay Beach, Nikki Beach in Leeward or Chalk Sound Sapidilla Bay Beach, Long Bay Beach, The Conch Shack Beach, or Malcolm Beach and so on. There is lots to see and do. We arrange airport transportation to the Villa where Wayne or Jocelyn will greet you and show you around the property. We will be happy to answer your questions prior to your arrival and during your stay.

From the Guest Cottage turn left on the Leeward Highway. At the first round a bout - suzy turn turn left and start going east on the leeward highway. You will see the IGA on your right just passed the Texico and Business Solutions.
Public beach access, washrooms located next to the Luxurious Gansevoort Hotel. Beautiful spot and playground for the children.
Great Place to park and spend the day..........Snorkel at a roped off National Park, have lunch and drinks at Coral Gardens and they have washroom facilities. Good walk to Beaches Resort and the Gansevoort.
Rotary Park public beach access in between the luxurious Somerset Resort and Sibonne Hotel. Beautiful section of the beach............to the left of Somerset is the amazingly beautiful Regent Palms Resort and shopping...........feel free to walk the gorgeous grounds have lunch, shop and enjoy
In between Club Med and Ocean Club...........Fun place to throw a frisbee, check out the sights, with washrooms at Flamingo and Ocean Club as well as lunch at there beach bars.
Spend the afternoon on the beach and taking beautiful photos and enjoy conch served everyway with life music on Thursday Night 7 to 10 pm...........rum punch too. you can go behind the kitchen and see the men shucking the conch. they sell beautiful conch shells to bring back home with you to.
Great place for lobster served grilled, blackened, cracked, or jerked.............amazing. Saturday Night of the full moon dance party all night long..........great time dancing under the stars.
Chalk Sound Road across from Las Brisas Restaurant. Very shallow............watch for sign on the telephone pole.
Beautiful spot next to the exclusive Amanyara Resort. You can stop at the security date and request to go in for a drink or to eat.
Six Restaurants and Boat Excursions at Ocean Vibes Scuba, Snorkel, Deep Sea, Sailing, Parasailing and more, Reef Peepers Glass bottom boat docked by Shark Bite and Baci Restaurants. Turn left at Bridge St by Green Bean Cafe. Tiki Hut, Aqua and Magnolia also in the area.
$50 per person return = pass Pine Cay, Dellis Cay, Parrot Cay where Bruce Willis and other Hollywood Stars call home to North Caicos and Middle Caicos where there are Cave Tours and the beautiful beach at Mudjin Harbour.

My family and I have been enjoying the good life in the Turks and Caicos Islands since 1986. We are avid Scuba Divers and water sports enthusiasts. You will love the Turks and Caicos. I feel completely safe driving around in the Jeep with the top down 24 hours a day. The Grocery Store has everything you will ever need and the Restaurants are 5 Star. The beaches are rated among the best in the world and ocean is beautiful and clean. Your feet will love our white sand beaches and your body will love floating in the Ocean. The high salt content makes it very buoyant. Soak up the sun and enjoy our incredible sunsets.

We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage! Our little home away from home! The (extremely clean) cottage comes with everything you need. From the cell phone,utensils right down to comfy beach chairs that you can pack up and bring to any of the wonderful beaches on Provo. Loved having the screened in porch to sit and have breakfast or dinner in. There's your own BBQ to enjoy if you choose to dine in. The cottage is only minutes from Turtle Cove for some great restaurants and snorkling on Smith's Reef. We loved being away from the main "tourist" area.....so peaceful! Katherine (owner) was great to deal with- very prompt on any and all emails! She provides a great "To Do" book that includes all the great restaurants to try, beaches (with great directions) to explore, excursions and anything else you might want to know or do while vacationing in PARADISE!!!! Oh! - and she also provides great instructions on cooking fresh lobster! Great value and wonderful owners! We'll be back! I

Excellent value and very attentive owners. All the things that make beaches extra enjoyable such as chairs, umbrellas, coolers, snorkeling gear and towels are provided. On site laundry means even less to pack. Sweet Escape guide book gives you all the information that will get you settled and on your way. The cottage is well equipped to be able to cook and enjoy some or all of your meals. Guide has many restaurants that have been checked out. Be sure to rent the boat to give you access to many out of the way and private beaches. We will definitely be returning, hopefully bringing along more family and/or friends the next visit.

Well I have to confess I am repeat offender, will not even consider going anywhere else absolutely love the Island. And the accomodation are not even on the scale because the scale only goes to "5 star". We spent 5 weeks concurrent last year and had a great time and we spent the Christmas Holidays with our hole family of 9 people total for 9 days and my wife and I stayed on for another 3 weeks of R&R, this year. If there is any question in your mind this afformation should clear things up for you. ALL Inclusive Resort sound good but same place everyday, same food, gets very mundane, here you can cook for yourself after a long day seeing the sights or spending time at the beach you can choose an economical place for dinner or fine dining which is extraordinary. You want a good time in a very beautiful and safe environment stay here and enjoy yourself.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the 'Sweet Escape" guest cottage. The Owners are incredibly helpful and were responsive to all of our questions. We had never been to Provo, but were able to take advantage of our time because the Owners sent a consolidated listing of information on beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Everything we needed was already at the cottage including beach chairs and drink coolers. We just showed up and enjoyed the beautiful island... We would recommend renting a car or jeep. "Sweet Escape" was just as descibed in the photos and the property description... I expected quaint and cozy, but had plenty of space for two! Tasteful decor and interior...and a great centralized location to explore the island.

You will love this little cottage in Turks and Caicos. We stayed for 5 weeks in January/February this year and had a wonderful time. It's perfect for two people and has everything you need. Beautufully decorated, beautiful gardens and a private dock for sun tanning and swimming if you don't feel like going to the beach. The location was ideal...only 10 minutes from the airport, and 10 minutes to the beach. Close to the grocery store and chic shopping. We had an amazing time discovering the island and experiencing the many restaurants. The owners worked extremely hard to make us comfortable and make sure we had everything we needed. Experiencing the the island away from the resorts was a treat... I've already booked for next year!

Thank You so much for sharing your beautiful property with us. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sweet Escape Guest Cottage. Your guest directory was so helpful. We rented a Jeep from Rent a Buggy and we followed all of your recommendations in the Guest Directory. The Map and directions to all the Island Hot Spots was so helpful. We relaxed by the canal on the patio and went swimming, it was lovely. We relaxed in the hammicks and read a book. We played badminton. The Guest Cottage is perfect for two. Thanks for supplying the coolers, tupperware, beach chairs and towels. You really thought of everything and we will definately be back again. We loved the Conch Shack Beach, The Palms Pool and friday night dinner. It truly is Paradise. The Guest Cottage was perfect!

This is a beautiful property. My friend and went to Provo for a girls weekend on Mother's Day 2009. We rented the guest cottage and a Jeep. We travelled all around the island exploring. We bought groceries at IGA. We went for dinner at Grace Bay Club Grill, Mango Reef, Coco Bistro, Hemingways, The Conch Shack on Thursday Night, "The Full Moon Party" at Horse Eyed Jacks on Saturday Night, Ricky's Beach Bar on Sunday for Hobie Cat Sailing. We went Scuba Diving at Ocean Vibes with Wayne, Brigit, Kevin and Meghan and Riquez. We saw a hammerhead shark off French Cay. Unbelievable! 3 Spotted Eagle Rays swimming in formation off the wall at North West Point. Oceanvibles for all your diving needs. Great lunch and drinks provided. They also pick up from the guest cottage or your hotel. They also own Reef Peepers Glass Bottom Boat and Eagle Parasail. We made many friends and plan to come back early January with family and friends. The guest cottage and property are absolutley amazing. Perfect for 2. We went kayaking in the canal, watched the stars at night. Very peaceful. We made our breakfasts and lunches, packed our cooler, beach towel and bikini's and we were gone all day. Came back for a shower and went out all night. We cooked Lobster Tails one night on the barbecue mmmmmm melt in your mouth. Then we had lobster sandwiches to go the next day. We rented a car from Rent A Buggy which is right at Turtle Cove Drive and the Leeward Highway. They dropped us off at the airport.
