I really enjoyed my 30 night stay in this suite. Everything was extremely convenient and Oded was very helpful. Located right in the middle of Yaletown and walking distance to just about everything the city has to offer so you really can't beat the location. I can absolutely recommend this suite to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing time in Vancouver. I plan on returning in the future.

The suite is located in a central Yaletown location and 2 blocks from Robson street, the beautiful BC place stadium, and very close to the science centre. It is within blocks to all major downtown attractions. We even walked to the pacific centre, the convention centre and Canada Place. There is a shoppers drug mart around the block and some 24 hrs fast food restaurants nearby as well. Also, the movie theatre is 2 blocks away and so are the night clubs. The check in was not bad at all as we were provided with very clear instructions and Oded was very accommodating as we had to check in at 11am. Pinnacle 3 was genuinely a home away from home. It had everything of necessity like, pots, pans, sugar, salt, oil, washer dryer, detergent, iron, board, lint remover, 2 hd tvs, cable, surround sound, DVD player, printer, paper, soap, toothpaste and I mean everything. Had I known, I wouldn't have brought a lot of things and saved the hassle of carrying additional weight. The king size bed was perfect for us and our 4 month old. We would definitely stay here again and would definitely recommend it to our friends. Thank you Oded for having us.

What a great place to stay in Vancouver! My husband and I took the train up from Seattle and were without a car during our stay. This was the perfect location for being car-less because Granview St is only a couple blocks away. The condo itself is fully equipped with just about everything you need with a full kitchen, dining nook, living room, bedroom, and bathroom. TV's and other electronics have full sets of instructions which make everything easy, but if you still have trouble, don't hesitate to call the owner who is very helpful. If you're looking to eat cheap, try the pizza! That's probably the only thing that is actually cheap (and delicious) around here. If you're from the States, the Canadian dollar is about the same as the American dollar right now but everything just costs more in Vancouver. Be prepared for that! Also be sure to check out the Capilano Suspension Bridge just north of Vancouver. We were very happy with our stay and our condo. Highly recommended.

The suite is exaclty as pictured and everything contained therein met or exceeded our expectations. Our host Oded could not have been more gracious or accommodating. Perfect location to see downtown by foot whether on business or pleasure. Anything you may need is only steps away and the underground parking was a major bonus for our day-trip adventures in the rental car. I would highly recommend this condo to travellers with one proviso: Bring ear plugs! Being street-side on only the third floor means the hustle and bustle of the city comes in the bedroom window at night; after our first sleepless night we discovered that ear plugs solved this problem and the rest of our nights included the slumber we were accustomed to. Also, skip the "Noodlebox" restaurant nearby if you enjoy good Thai food is definitely did not live up to our expectations! Thanks again Oded, D&T Hamilton, Ontario

This was our second stay in this building, but our first in this unit. We had intended to stay in the same unit as before (same ownership), but switched to this one due to availability in the time period that we desired. Our only concern with switching was that this unit is on a lower floor and is facing the street, so we thought that it might be somewhat noisy. It is perhaps slightly noisier, but it really did not prove to be a problem at all. There is relatively little traffic on the street late at night, and no establishments nearby that attract noisy patrons. As with our previous stay (in 2009), we were very happy with this rental. It is very comfortable and well-equipped, and exceptionally well-situated in the heart of Yaletown. Melissa and Oded are friendly and helpful, and we have no qualms whatsoever about recommending their properties - we will definitely be returning here the next time we visit Vancouver.

My decision to stay at this apartment was one of the best I have made in a long time. I stayed here on business for two weeks. Here is an overview of the merits: Location - 10/10 Only 10 mins walk from the city center. There are many good restaurants, bars and cafes near the apartment. Amenities - 10/10 This apartment has EVERYTHING you could possibly need for a short or long stay. I like to cook and made good use of the modern and well-stocked kitchen. Maintenance - 10/10 The apartment was spotless. It has extra towels and blankets should you need them. Security - 10/10 The auto-lock system and fob security system are excellent. Value for money - 10/10 This apartment is a real home from home at a very affordable price. I don’t think you’ll be able to find a better place than this! General Comments The apartment is well-furnished and attractively decorated. The living room is spacious and it has many windows so light is not a problem. The free wireless lan service worked smoothly and the hi-fi system is state of the art. The help I received before arriving and during my stay was impeccable. I plan to stay here again with my family the next time I visit Vancouver. Demerits? Absolutely none! I strongly recommend that you stay here.

This was one of the best equipped, and yet uncluttered, apartment we have rented -- and we have rented quite a few. The location is perfect: close to Yaletown and Coopers Park; close to the library and downtown. The amenities in the apartment were excellent including an indoor pool and a fitness centre. Great entertainment and communications centre in the apartment. Whats not to like! We had a great stay.

We couldn't have been more pleased with our stay in the Yaletown condo. The listing was accurate and the photos helped to know exactly what we would be getting. The condo was exceptionally clean, well maintained, and very well equipped. In addition, the location is outstanding to explore all of downtown Vancouver. Oded and Melissa could not have been more accommodating and helpful. It was a pleasure to meet both of them. We highly recommend this property and would love to come back and stay again.

Excellently appointed apartment ideally located for seeing Vancouver. It was just like having a home from home. Yaletown is a good location with lots of good restaurants and bars if you don't wnat to self cater. Rodney's Oyster Bar was a great experience. The apartment was well equipped with excellent entertainment systems. The swimming pool was a bonus. We thought the airport pickup/drop off was particularly helpful. Melissa and Oded couldn't have been more helpful. We would definitely consider staying inn Pinnacle again and would definitely recommend it.

My husband and I really enjoyed this one bedroom condo. It's in an ideal downtown location. The kitchen amenities are outstanding. It was also nice to have a washer and dryer for our one-week stay. It is really a perfect place for a couple--nice bedroom, bathroom, den, and two flat screen TVs. Our expectations were exceeded. We receommend renting bikes to get to Granville Island. We also rented a car for a day to drive to Whistler and then took the ferry to the Sun Coast (amazing). We also recommend Stanley Park and simply strolling along the waterways. We lost money (but not too much) at the two casinos nearby. The best restaurant we went to was along Denman Street (a French restaurant) that has 1/2 price entrees on Wednesday nights (can't beat a salmon dinner for only $11). Vancouver is truly a beautiful city with very polite and friendly people.

This apartment is very well equipped and is furnished nicely. We enjoyed our week stay here in january/feb and found its location to be an excellent base for exploring Vancouver. The only gripes we had were that being on the 3rd floor the noise from outside was quite annoying, and un-expected from quite a new building. acheiving a good nights sleep was`nt easy. The other thing ,albeit very small, was the need to carry a remote control everywhere for the door locks and lift. All in all though; a nice trendy apartment.

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

Owner response: The cleaning team has inadvertently left a window open, unnoticed behind the blinds, which was probably the reason for the street noise. Otherwise, the double-glazed windows eliminate the street noise very well. The remote control – fob, is a standard security item used in most modern apartment buildings in North America and hotels world wide. It is a tiny key chain holder (1” or so) with the key to the suite, which allows secure and controlled access through the different doors of the building and amenities, pool, Jacuzzi, gym, library, lounge, underground parking lots and elevators. With this fob, just like in the case of hotels, only people that are staying in the building and have the fob can enter the building and use the different amenities. Accordingly the elevators would take the guests only to their designated floor, which the fob is pre-programmed to.
