Awesome Beach Cottage

We had a great time at this bright beach cottage!!! The house has everything you could need for a week at the beach. We walked to the beach and several restaurants and to Times Square and there were buckets, boogie boards, rafts , well stocked kitchen and enough towels for an army! My wife and I have 3 young daughters, and we went around the house finding all the special touches in this cottage. From the bright paint colors to the faux painted kids room walls to the hand painted outlet covers. Anne obviously loves her beach cottage and so do we!! Will definately be back.. We even talked to some of the neighbors..wonderful neighborhood everyone is so friendly. Pool is so nice..and the kids even enjoyed doing laundry in the outdoor "secret" laundry room...Overall a beautiful experience..we will be back

Perfect Florida Vacation

My husband and I stayed in this wonderful beach vacation home over Christmas. This older home was very cozy and comfortable with great beds, and was just like the pictures. We absolutely loved the location - we walked everywhere - to the beach, shops & restaurants. Our two little dogs loved the convenient fenced backyard, and the private pool was especially nice to come back to after being at the beach. We would definitely recommend this house, and the Ft. Myers Beach area as a fantastic vacation destination.

I have had it for years and have enjoyed updating it and making it beautiful and perfect for a fabulous vacation experience. When I am there you have to drag me out of the private pool. It is sooo wonderful. I wish everyone would call me as soon as they decide they want a wonderful vacation experience so that I will have availability for them. The house just says great vacation with all the beach colors and neat touches that I have added. (my cleaners say I have to many neat things) but I want it to be your best vacation. This beach cottage is located on a quiet side street but is a 1 minute walk to the gorgeous beach, restaurants and shops. What could be better? How about a pool. There's nothing like a relaxing swim in your own private pool after a busy day. This is a comfortable, cozy house with a good sized living/dining area, three TV's, a table and chairs by the pool, a grill, and a fenced in backyard. We feel lucky to have found this great place to stay. By the way, our dog loved it, too!!! Thanks, Anne.

This was our second year staying at Anne's Paradise! Although she had nothing to do with the perfect weather, sunny every day and no rain for the 2 weeks we were there...she had every thing to do with the comfortable, clean, convenient, home on Virginia. She is such a nice person to deal with, although I have not met her, I feel like we have know each other for a while, that's how she makes you feel! This is such a relaxing atmosphere and excellent location, anything you could want is within walking distance. Shopping , restaurants, not to mention that the spectacular beach is just down the street...you can leave the car in the driveway! Anne's home is clean, cozy and has everything you could need, towels galore, kitchen well supplied, comfy couch, keyless entry, which is so nice, because you never have to remember to bring keys! Oh, and then there is the pool.........heated, private, lanai, fenced yard, for small dogs, sooooooo.....relaxing and again so clean! Hope to be staying there again, in Nov. it is always a nice comfortable, feeling pulling into Paradise!!!!!!!

we had great Time at anne's house...it's really paradise with his lovely Accessoires... Great pool....Nice location very Central.. 2. Minutes Walk to the beach....5 minutes walk to the Times Square with a Choice of Bars restaurant and shops..we Hope we can stay again in this nice Place. Anne is really great!!

The Paradise location was amazing!!! The house was more than what we could imagine. The pictures posted are accurate but you really have to see this property in person. Very close to the beach within walking distance, close to Times Square and all the shopping. Anne the owner is very pleasant and always willing to help with anything. The enclosed pool was awesome for my nephews and family members and was a home away from home. Excellent location and property!!!

What a great beach vacation!

We just returned from an 18 day trip from Ft. Myers Beach, FL. We had the tremendous pleasure of staying in this home on the island. It was beautifully decorated with sunny, warm colors, and we instantly felt comfortable and relaxed. The home was well stocked and included everything you could possibly think of needing while on vacation. The pool was lovely and very clean. Best of all, the beach was just a short 3 or 4 minute walk. There was a plethora of activities available! If you have children, I'd definitely suggest the Pirate Cruise. The grocery store was right down the road, and the variety of restaurants made it hard to choose where to eat dinner. We recommend Pinchers (kids eat free) and Junkanoos. Anne was truly delightful. She provided superior service! I highly recommend this property.

My husband and I stayed at Paradise in Nov. Of 2010, and found it to be a home away from home, from the comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms, well equipped kitchen, great location. Close to the beach, and restaurants, and shopping, there is no need for a car! The pool area is awesome,warm, very clean, enclosed, with 2 screen doors to the fenced back yard, which our little dog enjoyed. I would highly recommend this home , we loved the comfort and location, and Anne is so sweet and fun to deal with. The neighborhood is quiet and the pool man, Jerry(I think) was very nice. Also nice to have keyless entry. Great comfy home, will be back again in Nov. longer this time , wish it could be all winter!

As the pictures show, it's a bright and colorful place. No exaggeration, this place has all the amenities, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, all kinds of games and stuff for everyone. WiFi and TVs in every room. Screened, heated and well maintained pool. Outdoor dining table and gas grill provided. If you forgot to bring something from home, chances are you'll find it provided here, this is not a "weekend getaway". The house is a short walk to all the action, "Times Square" and the beach, but located on a quiet street. We recommend "The Fish House" and "Parrot Key" restaurants, both "dog friendly". Your warm host Anne, is always available to ensure your stay is enjoyable and uncomplicated.
