Year Purchased: 2006
We purchased our house in Townsend in 2006. Our full time home is in nearby Maryville, TN, where we live with our 4 children (professional babysitter available). Penny owns the only fitness center in Townsend, which is available at no charge to our guests. Harry works as a home builder and real estate agent. Our home has recently been remodeled and updated. Visitors always comment on how the property is like a "piece of paradise". We love spending time hiking and biking in the Smokies; tubing and fishing in the Little River; and relaxing on the porch overlooking the river. We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do.
