Rec. room (ping pong, TV, foosball) on flat lot. Located directly on Little River. Home is recently renovated and in excellent condition. Wide plank hickory flooring, stainless kitchen (Jenn Air appliances) with butcher block counters, tongue & groove ceiling in master, wrap around porch. Dead end road. True park like setting. Mostly cleared lot great for play with wooded surroundings. Very private. Minutes to Smoky Mountain National Park/Cades Cove.

Year Purchased: 2006
We purchased our house in Townsend in 2006. Our full time home is in nearby Maryville, TN, where we live with our 4 children (professional babysitter available). Penny owns the only fitness center in Townsend, which is available at no charge to our guests. Harry works as a home builder and real estate agent. Our home has recently been remodeled and updated. Visitors always comment on how the property is like a "piece of paradise". We love spending time hiking and biking in the Smokies; tubing and fishing in the Little River; and relaxing on the porch overlooking the river. We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do.
