  First I wan't to start by saying the resort/ tower itself is very clean and nice! It smells so fresh everyday in the lobby areas and is always very clean! (Including the pools) The condo (1401) was also very clean and I was so pleased with everything in there! Some condo's cleaning jobs are just average, however the cleaness of this condo was awesome! I love the tile and wood floors also for easy clean up thoughout the week. The decor and furniture was also very clean and beautiful! I would diffently stay again and would recommend to anyone looking for a great price clean condo!! Thank you for the wonderful stay on our vacation :)

  What a wonderful time. We could not have ask for a nicer condo. All the rooms are spacious and updated. The layout is great and with 2 balconies you have a view of the ocean and a street view. The condo's location is within walking distance to Wal Mart, surf shops, and places to eat. The pools are exceptional. The condo was easy to book, the owners responded quickly to any questions we had about the rental. We look forward to more visits. The photos did'nt lie, the condo was spotless, property well maintained. We would recommend this property and this condo to anyone who wants a great vacation at a great price.

  Myself and a few friends stayed in this condo for almost a week and it was a wonderful experience. The price was great and well worth it. Everything was clean and very inviting. The beds were the most comfortable beds I have slept on in a rental property. The pools were great along with the beach access that was very close to the chair and water sport rentals. Also very close to Walmart and nightlife. Would stay again!!

  Very nice condo. The beach was clean and beautiful. Beds were super comfy. Pools were nice and so was the hot tub. Not many people here this time of year. Owners were great to deal with!

  The condo was very nice.Looks just like the pictures .Everything you need when you have 7 teenagers and 2 adults.Getting up every morning and seeing the dolphins in the water from the balcony made it all worth it..Watching the sun go down and just listening to the ocean at night was relaxing..WAL-MART close by. lots of shopping ... WE couldn't have gotten a nicer place to stay with the cost of the condo and everything around it was wonderful ..The Simones handled our transactions very smoothly and answered every question we had.. There is security on the property and if you didn't have the proper pass you didn't get in, Which we liked that alot .We had trouble with the TV but The Simones got the maintence guy (NICK)to come look at it right away and within no time we had a NEW TV.And Nicks wife was very friendly also ... We had a wonderful STAY.Thanks so much for sharing your nice place. We will be back !!! Seven Great Friends and MOMS From KY.

  This condo was extremely nice. It was very spacious, nice, and the beds are the most comfortable beds I every slept in. This is one of the nicest condos I ever stayed in at Majestic. This condo was equipped with everything you could possible need and I really liked the fact that we were given a code instead of having to use key cards to access the room. I would recommed everyone to book this unit because it is one of the best units at Majestic and the owners are very nice and made me feel very comfortable with booking with them. I was very impressed how they handled the transaction and how fast I got my vacation packet with everything I needed for the stay. I want to say thanks for this enjoyable vacation because it was the best vacation for me and my family and I definetly look forward to booking this unit everytime I go to Panama City Beach which is at least twice year.

  This unit was so pretty; sometimes the pictures aren't exactly what you get. In this case, the pictures didn't lie. It was spacious, well equipped, and very comfortable. My family had a great time, and when we plan another trip to the gulf, I plan to use this unit again.

  We loved the condo. The Majestic is a great place to stay. The owners were helpful in answering our questions and got things done in a timely manner. I would recommend this condo to anyone.
