This lovely two bedroom, two bath townhome is located in the Canoa Ridge Subdivision with a back patio facing the green of the 11th hole of the Canoa Hills Golf Course. The front patio provides a great, relaxing location with a view of the Santa Rita Mountains.
The large living room opens onto a partially covered back patio. It hosts a leather couch, recliner, chair and entertainment center with a 32" flat screen TV with cable and a DVD/VCR. The generous master bedroom has a queen bed, walk-in closet with skylight and a sliding patio door to the back patio.
The adjoining master bathroom features a tiled, walk-in shower. The guest bedroom contains a queen bed and large closet. The guest bathroom has a full sized tub and shower combination.
A bright, skylighted, updated kitchen features a glass-top electric stove, built-in microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator as well as a seating area and pantry. It also has a pass-through to the living room area and a ceramic tiled floor.
This townhome is centrally located and is just a short distance from the Canoa Hills Recreation Center which is one of the thirteen Green Valley Recreation Centers that would be available to renters for a nominal fee. These centers offer amenities such as a swimming pool/spa, fitness area, tennis courts, and shuffleboard as well as classes and many activities.
