Why the Owner Chose Centerville
Holly Hill is my only home. I chose to buy in the Scudder Bay neighborhood because of its location that provides easy access to every imaginable convenience, large lots offering privacy and Cape Cod style home with fenced-in backyard for my daughter Samantha and my dog, Maggy.
The Unique Benefits at this House
My home offers a great room with fireplace, large dining area and sliding French door to deck overlooking backyard. The whole backyard is fenced-in and there is also a children's playset with a climbing wall & tree house. It is nestled towards the back of the yard amongst many trees so if you do not have children, you do not have to view it. The entire house is hardwood floors and there is a spacious family room in the lower level.
Owner's Map of Centerville
I belong to a select group of people called "Native Cape Codders" I have lived in the Osterville and Centerville area for over 40 years. My family owns a real estate office on historic Main Street, Centerville and I am a broker with the company. I am pictured with my dog, Maggie. I chose Centerville because of its location, charm and accessibility to beaches, boating, restaurants, shopping and bike trails. I know you will love summering at my home. It is a special place that will leave you with wonderful memories.
