Come be our guests for your next visit to Charlottesville. We have a beautiful 4,400 sq. ft. home in a tranquil setting overlooking the 14th green of an award-winning golf course. Located on a cul-de-sac in a gated communitiy, we have plenty of space and all the amenities to make your gathering a success. We're close to several outstanding vineyards, The University, and the historical sites for which Charlottesville is famous. There's even a Visitor Center less than a mile away to help with the details of your stay.
The home is newly constructed and features a first floor master (king) with jacuzzi, vaulted great room with fireplace, gourmet kitchen with breakfast room, a delightful sunroom with private views, formal dining room, and private study. There is an additional wing on the first floor with 2 bedrooms (1 Queen, 2 twins) and full bath.
The upper level has a large bonus bedroom (Queen and Twin) with a second bedroom (Queen) and full bath and is well removed from the rest of the house. The large terrace level with family room and game room features a home theater, pool table, ping-pong, foosball, full-house audio and full bath.
Lots of space, lots of privacy, lots of fun! We would be honored to have you as our guests and know that you will feel at home during your stay.

We love Charlottesville, enjoy being UVA parents, and experiencing all the cultural/social events Charlottesville and Richmond offer. Whether we are tasting fine wines at local wineries, tracing Jefferson's steps at Monticello, strolling the downtown mall, cheering at UVA games, enjoying fantastic concerts at JPJ, or simply breathing in the fresh mountain air of our community, we always have fun.
Why the Owner Chose Charlottesville
We bought this home because it is on a gorgeous, top-rated golf course in a private location. It feels like a private retreat and can also be a spacious home for family gatherings, celebrations and parties. It is within driving distance to our home, a great plus.
The Unique Benefits of this House
We enjoy golfing, playing tennis, swimming in the pool, working out at the club and sight-seeing at nearby Monticello with guests. We especially enjoy nearby award-winning wineries like Barboursville, Keswick, Jefferson and Veritas. Keswick Hall's fine dining is one of the many culinary offerings close by.

My group of girlfriends rented this house for the weekend recently when we went back to Charlottesville for a sort of reunion and this house was perfect! We wanted to be able to stay together near the city but not right downtown - as we wanted to be in the countryside wine tasting. We were all able to fit comfortably in our own beds and there was a ton of space! Amenities were wonderful and we really felt at home - we couldn't have been more pleased with the house! The owner was very easy to work with and we felt secure in the gated community. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a place for many to stay!

This property is beautiful, spacious, well-kept and exactly as described. The home is on a quiet street in a lovely neighborhood and has a beautiful view from the living room area. The owner was helpful and easy to communicate with. My family had a wonderful time and have already discussed trying to rent the property again for another visit sometime in the future. I highly recommend this property.

The home exceeded our expectations. It was clean, well maintained, and well supplied with everything we needed. We did not feel like "renters" but pampered guests in someone's lovely home. We would recommend this home to anyone looking for a beautiful getaway place for family (as in our case) or a group of friends. We made good use of the billiard table, ping pong table, and the home theater. Loved the sun room with its the view of the woods behind the home. It snowed while we were there so we had a winter wonderland view. The beds and bedding were all very comfortable. There were enough private areas for retreating to quietly read a book or take a nap. We made a few easy trips into Charlottesville and into Richmond for other activities. Our communications with the owners before and after renting were excellent. If you need a place to stay near Charlottesville (or Richmond) don't pass this one by. Happy Travelers

I rented this house several weekends ago and could not have been more pleased. The house is absolutely enormous, and in a really ideal location - quiet, gated neighborhood; very close to many vineyards; and away from all of the traffic in Charlottesville. The house itself is quite new and has everything you could ever need or want, including a fully equipped kitchen and game room in the basement. The owner was very accommodating and a pleasure to work with.
