My wife and I have lived in the Charlottesville area for nine years. We enjoy traveling. Our most recent trip to Peru introduced us to friendly people, amazing sites such as Machu Picchu, and family time with our children who were there on UVA study abroad programs.

We bought this home because it is on a gorgeous, top-rated golf course in a private location. It feels like a private retreat and can also be a spacious home for family gatherings, celebrations and parties. It is within driving distance to our home, a great plus.
The Unique Benefits of this House
We enjoy golfing, playing tennis, swimming in the pool, working out at the club and sight-seeing at nearby Monticello with guests. We especially enjoy nearby award-winning wineries like Keswick, Jefferson and Veritas Vineyards. Keswick Hall's fine dining is close by.
