Beautiful Lake Tahoe is the setting with access to a private beach plus several other beaches within walking distance.
The condo is only a few miles from several ski areas, Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, Northstar, and Diamond Peak included. There is a property manager on site and reserved parking. There is a Safeway within walking distance as well as some of the best restaurants.
This is a great place to come and enjoy the outdoors or just relax. The condo is clean and updated.
The casinos are also close by in case you still have some energy for night life.

I live in Reno and have spent half my time in Lake Tahoe. I have family at Lake Tahoe and ski at Squaw Valley with friends and family every year. I spend most of my time on the West Shore of Lake Tahoe and therefore I am not using the Condo like I originally planned.
Why the Owner Chose Tahoe Vista
I chose to buy a vacation rental in this location because it is close to Tahoe City, skiing, hiking, Truckee, and all of the things I love to do. The complex is on the water and you can't find many places at the Lake where you can walk straight down to the water. The scenery is spectacular and the property is well managed.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
Some of the unique benefits I enjoy while staying at this property are the beauty of the surroundings, Lanza's Restaurant which is well known for great food, fabulous hiking and skiing, and just relaxing in a quiet, clean and peaceful place.
