Located is located between Tabernash and Granby, off Highway 40, in a small sub-division known as Homestead Hills. The central location of this home allows easy access to all of Grand County's attractions. This home is very close to Snow Mountain Ranch/YMCA of the Rockies and Devils Thumb. The slopes of Winter Park/Mary Jane is under 20 minute drive. SolVista/Granby Ranch Resort is within 15 minutes. Grand Lake and the three lakes (Lake Granby, Shadow Mountain, and Grand Lake) are all within a 20-25 minute drive. Outdoor activities include Alpine and cross-country skiing, miles of biking terrain, world-class golfing, lake and river fishing, all types of boating, and much, much more.
