My hushand and I are currently renting this wonderful home for the winter and we are very impressed with everything it has to offer someone.Very clean and roomy for atleast 7 people..We have enjoyed this home so much and we are planning for next winters stay.. As a visitor to Arizona we have found it very easy to find anything around town and very close to water activities so if you are looking for a summer place this is the one for you, it has everything you could ask for.. THANKS BILL AND JEN you are awesome people to allow us to stay in your wonderful home and look forward to staying here again..The Richards
