We chose to buy a condo in this particular location because it is one of the last new buildings that will be constructed in Kitsilano. This area is close to beaches and all the amenities one could desire. The building is close to the heart of downtown but because of the construction you do not hear any road noise. Views of the north shore mountains provide tranquility at the end of a long day!

We are professionals who have loved Vancouver for almost 20 years. Prior to coming here we lived and worked in Ottawa, Toronto, New York City, London England and Sydney Australia. From our experiences we can state that this city is certainly one of the most beautiful in the world. Vancouver is coming into its own and offers activities for every lifestyle. Kitsilano, where the condo is located, is within walking distance of many beaches, funky shops, cafes and restaurants. The unit is directly across the street from a fully equipped fitness center. You can be in the heart of the downtown within 15 minutes by foot or you may drive there in less than five. Add a few extra minutes and you can stroll along Stanley Park's 10 km Seawall or visit Vancouver's renowned Aquarium situated in the middle of the Park. Further, you can be hiking the North Shore mountains in less than thirty minutes and find yourself at Whistler mountain - North America's premier ski area, in under two hours. It is true: only in Vancouver can you ski in the morning and sail or play golf in the afternoon! The snow stays on the mountains and rarely lingers for more than a day or two on the ground in the city. Vancouver boasts a vibrant cultural community with outdoor theatre in the summer months (Bard on the Beach and Theatre Under the Stars) and regular live theatre, opera and dance productions throughout the year. Granville Island is a focus for food and theatre providing an excellent venue for multiple activities.
