Our three bedroom, two bathroom home will comfortably sleep six people. The master bedroom has a 32" lcd tv, queen sized bed with an en suite, with a soaking tub, separate large shower area, double sinks, private toilet area and large walk in closet. The second and third bedrooms have full (double) beds with a night stand and dresser.
The Living room is equipped with a 42" LCD TV with Cox digital cable and DVD player. There is also complimentary Wi-Fi connection for your laptop.
The kitchen includes fridge with side freezer, smooth top stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and dishes. There is seating for four at the dining table and three at the breakfast nook.
Out back there is a covered patio with table and chairs and gas barbecue for your enjoyment, not to mention a beautiful pool and view.

Me and my family had a great time staying in Estrella. The house was clean and spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning was very nice. The whole family enjoyed time spent in the pool each day. The house was conveniently located close to the Starpointe Resident Club, which we were able to have access to while staying in the house. We were close to a grocery store, and various food outlets. Lots of shopping only a short drive away. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and clean. We would definitely choose to stay here again on our next family vacation to Goodyear.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+.

We just spent two weeks in this home and the time there was superb. Everything you need is there; we just had to buy a few groceries, and we were set. Having a Safeway close by was wonderful. The area is lovely and quiet; the backyard was a wonderful place to relax in. It is quite a trip into the center of town, so a car is necessary. We particularly enjoyed going to the Paradise Bakery and Cafe, just down the road in Goodyear. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a getaway in the Phoenix area.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+.

If you know Phoenix then you probably have heard of the Estrella Mtn Ranch Community. On the edge of the South West Phoenix it is surrounded by a back drop of cactus and hills. Close to all attractions but a car is a must. House is very accommodating and has all you need after a day of activities. Loved it and will be back.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We had a wonderful time here. The home was very clean and comfortable,great pillows,mattresses,linens' ect.. The pool was great all though I don't believe the timer was working so it was starting to turn a little green, until we were able to figure out how to turn the pump on. Only bad thing was there wasn't a grocery store very close by. I would definitly stay here again and would recomend it to others.
Owner response:There will be a Safeway store opening in Estrella in the Fall of 2010. It will be about a half a mile from our house.
