Located in a secluded setting, backing onto a conservation area, our home is in one of the most private and secluded larger sites in Highlands Reserve.

Outside , there is one of the larger pools in Highlands Reserve and free standing Hot Tub on the enlarged screened pool deck with luxurious padded deck furniture. Electric Pool heating can be arranged at extra cost so that whenever you visit you can always rely on a pleasantly warm swimming pool and after a long day at the theme parks , why not come back to the tranquility of our home and chill out in the soothing waters of your own private hot tub. The pool and deck are surrounded by expansive lawns and overlook the woodland area.

Inside, we have recently remodeled the furnishings and all areas are furnished in a comfortable relaxed style and consisting of:
o Lounge area with comfy furniture, 42 inch flat screen TV, DVD Player, CD Player.
o Dining Room with seating for 8.
o Sumptuous King Size Master Bedroom with luxury bed linens and towels walk thru closet to full en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, roman bath, twin basins and separate wc. Master Bedroom has cable TV, DVD player and radio alarm. There is also a full size wooden crib.
o Queen Size Guest bedroom with luxury linens and adjacent full bathroom. Guest bedroom has cable TV and DVD Player and radio alarm.
o Third Bedroom with twin beds, luxury linens and towels. There is TV and DVD player and PlayStation2.
o Fourth Bedroom with Double/ single Bunk beds TV and DVD Player also in this room.
o Third and fourth bedrooms share full bathroom which has access to the pool deck.
o Games Room – 8 foot pool table, foosball, air hockey and darts.
o Gourmet Kitchen - fridge freezer, stove, microwave, dishwasher and all you could need to prepare delicious meals.
o Separate laundry with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Nestled in amongst orange groves in rolling countryside Highlands Reserve is just 12 miles southwest of Disney World and is considered to be one of the most prestigious resorts in the Disney area. Aside from the facilities at our home, Highlands Reserve features a stunning 18 hole championship golf course, communal pool, tennis courts and a kids playground. A short walk brings you to Berry Town Center with Publix supermarket, shops, hairdresser, beauty spa, restaurants, banks and takeaways. All of Central Florida and the beaches on the Gulf and Atlantic Coasts are easily accessible from Tranquility.

    Dear Ivan, Judy and family, we had such a wonderful time on holiday forgot to write up the visitors book! Your villa was a luxurious base, and helped make an excellent vacation outstanding. The children loved the pool and spent more time in it than at the theme parks ! in fact as you know we had tickets left for a further 2 days and they preferred to spend the time at the villa.
