  Pool area in this home is very loud. Tranquility does not come to mind when sitting outside. Behind the trees is a busy 4 lane highway with heavy traffic day and night. In our opinion the advertisement is misleading when it comes to the description of the backyard/pool situation. The home is average in our opinion. I would not recommend it based on the pool situation.

  One of the best vacations ever, and we have had some great ones. The house was everything we expected and more. The heated pool was amazing and the highlight of our trip. I am a travel agent with 20 years experience, I am going to be recommending all of my client to stay at this property. Can't wait to go back!!

  We had a wonderful time at this home in Orlando. Before our trip, I had numerous email discussions with the owner which were delightful and extremely helpful. The owner was answered immediately when I had any concerns or questions. The listing of the home perfectly matched what we found. Unfortunately, we were not able to enjoy the pool or the hot tub, because there was just no time. The place is very close to both Disney World and Universal Studios. I would recommend this vacation home to handicapped travelers and I will certainly stay there again. It was was wonderful to be in a wheelchair and stay so close to where wanted to b

  My family stayed at this home for our vacation in June. The house was very spacious, clean and well equipped. We had 6 people in our group and each person had plenty of room to relax and enjoy their stay! All 3 bathrooms were roomy and very clean. The kitchen was very well equipped. The washer and dryer were excellent and we all thoroughly appreciated them! The pool was in excellent condition, with plenty of room and privacy. The neighborhood was very safe and friendly. We can't wait to go back to this home again!

  An excellent villa from which we based our Florida 2010 holiday. The kids loved the larger than average sized pool, and the whole family really enjoyed the hot tub ! The living accommodation was very spacious especially the main bedroom and ensuite ! The open plan kitchen, kitchen table and living room was perfect for relaxing with the whole family during the day and evenings. The games room was very popular, and the pool table, fussball table, air hockey and dartboard were all used daily !! A great villa, one which we would love to return to in the future.

  We could not have chosen a better vacation home to rent. EXTREMELY clean, excellent communication from the first inquiry all the way through to the return of the security deposit. You CANNOT go wrong renting this unit!

  Great place, Great customer service !!" "The house is in a great location, only a few miles away from most attractions and away from the chaos !! It is beautifully decorated and is spacious and very comfortable. When we requested information on the house, the owners replied back right away and in a very nice and kind way, willing to offer as much information as possible on their property, and always showing a sincere intent to make our stay the most pleasant one ! I would like to recommend this house to anyone with kids, since it is located in a very nice, quiet and safe neighborhood, and the house offers plenty of entertainment. Thank You, Judy and Ivan, for your excellent customer service and we will definitely call you back for our next trip to Disney !!

  stayed in villa for 14 days in march 2009, with seven other women aged between 21 and 40, found the villa very spacious and the pool excellent, hired a car so found the location very good with the supermarket so close. over all very pleased and would return to same villa if returning in the future.

  House is great!! Didn’t even realise there was a third bedroom until our daughter found it days later. Garage rocks!!! – kids are little and go to bed early so gave us something to do! Look forward to returning next year

  This is the first family vacation we have taken. Mark and I brought our children and grandchildren. We have had a wonderful time. The parks ( we did Disney, Seaworld and Universal) was very hectic and it was wonderful to come back to the pool and hot tub. Friends visited us one night and the game room came in handy. Again we had a wonderful time – Thank you for sharing your homewith us. We sure wish we didn’t have to leave in the morning!!!

  1/1/7We can’t think of a better way to bring in the new year. Your villa was party central to our State Championship tea. A great time was had by all. Aside a small electrical glitch, accommodations couldn’t have been better.

  Dear Ivan, Judy and family, we had such a wonderful time on holiday forgot to write up the visitors book! Your villa was a luxurious base, and helped make an excellent vacation outstanding. The children loved the pool and spent more time in it than at the theme parks ! in fact as you know we had tickets left for a further 2 days and they preferred to spend the time at the villa.   Lovely villa that met all expectations. It was clean and tidy with all appliances and equipment that was required. Management staff were excellent. The "Tranquility" is a great villa for both a relaxing by the pool holiday or a base to return to after going mad at the parks. Our only moan if we had one is that the golf course was not tough enough for the golfers in our party!! Thanks to the owners Ivan and Judy for all the information you supplied in preparation for the holiday. All in all a brilliant holiday!.
