Why the Owner Chose Summerlin
Bought this home for myself. I loved the neighborhood. I could walk to everything: parks, restaurants, banks, post office, Agassi 24 hr. fitness, etc.
Plus it would take me 3 minutes to get to the freeway.
The Unique Benefits at this House
It is a quiet neighborhood. Corner house with a beautiful Mesquite tree in the front.
I made the backyard my little private Oasis with a great Jacuzzi.
Vons, CVS, UPS, many restaurants, including Chianti with live entertainment in the evenings, boutique shops, several mayor banks, cleaners, jewelers, etc. My favorite is the best Starbuck's in town.
One of the most beautiful Marriott Resorts. Have breakfast at Ceres for a fantastic outdoor table with waterfalls and friendly ducks
