  We stayed three nights in May in this Unit. Everything was as promised. Also the staff at the Hilton were very helpful. We are planning on going again to South Beach and will definitely reserve when we confirm our flights.

  We rented this room for 16 days in April 2011, and we had a very relaxing holiday at the Bently Beach. We made our arrangements with Jeremy Finer, the room and the location was excactly as he told us. The service at the front desk and the concergier was outstanding, and the room was clean and well maintained. I can recommend the resturant on the groundfloor, De Rodriguez Cuba, they served very tasty food. We are now planning to book a trip to Miami in 2013, and we will probably book this room again if it`s avaliable....

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

  Our stay was great. Location is absolutely wonderful. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Junior Suite was just as pictures show. Balcony was very nice. We sat out on the balcony each night and loved seeing the city lights. Will definitely return again. Do check on cleaning as we paid for our suite to be cleaned while we were there and this never happened.

  My girlfriend and I decided at the last minute we needed a long weekend away and chose Miami. We recognized we were taking a chance on the weather in August but needed some relaxation. I found this lovely accomodation through HomeAway and it turned into a fantastic weekend. It turned out the weather was great, the accomodation was splendid and the staff very friendly and accomodating. We were there during somre renovations (we were informed in advance) and the staff went out of their way to ensure everyone had the best time possible. And Jeremy was a joy to work with in some last minute changes we had to make.I would highly recommend The Bentley and Jeremy's suite specifically to any couple looking for a nice romantic get away. Within easy walking distance of all South Beach amenities and just 20 seconds to the best beach in Miami. Enjoy your stay!!!

  My wife and I stayed in this unit for a weekend get away and being our first experience with VRBO I was a little apprehensive. However, Jeremey was great to work worth. He is very responsive and professional whic makes all the difference. The unit is great, very spacious and convienent. The balcony is larger in person than the photo shows and has a partial ocean view. The bed was very comfortable and was very clean upon arrival. Our experience with the hotel staff was great too. They watched our bags from checkout until we were picked up and also gave us an access key so we could still enjoy the pool and other hotel amenities. It was great stay and an overall great experience in using VRBO.

  Jeremy was very helpful in getting this set up, and it was a very nice room at a fantastic rate. It's a great location and we had no problems during our stay. I would highly recommend staying at this property.

  To anyone that is planning a stay in the beautiful Miami Beach Area... Look no futher. My stay at the Bentley Beach Hontel was surburb. Jeremy took perfect care of the room. It was in immaculate condition. The pictures give an accurate sense of the room. The attention to detail, with the tolitries, plates mugs etc... adds a perfect home touch. There is even a cooler for the beach and Beach towles. Jeremey and the team provide a perfect, quiet private stay.. that will ensure you have a great time. There is a convience store in walking distance for all of your last minute grocery needs and make sure to check out the resturants and Starbucks in waling distace as well. Great Stay. Thanks Jeremey! I would reccommend this property too any of my friends and business assoicates.

  We had a great stay this past weekend in Miami. The place was beautiful and the amenities at the hotel are superb. The only reason I ranked the place 4/5 was because the plumbing was very bad in the bathroom sink

  My friend and I were staying at the location on July 4- July9 and we loved every day of it! The location is very good ; it is in the quiet blocks but really not far (within a walking distance) from Art Deco district . Also , there are plenty of taxi near the hotel all the time in case someone need one. There are lots of restaurants and coffee shops within few blocks on Collins and Washington avenues for any type of budget and a small but very nice supermarket on Collins avenue few blocks west when you can get all you need . The pictures on the page are very accurate; the place looks exactly the same. I would even say the place is actually larger that it appears on pictures ; it definitely can accommodate 2 adults and a child or even 3 adults. The balcony is also bigger that it looks on a picture . All kitchen and bathroom equipment worked ; there were plenty of fresh towels in the closet. The linens and the bathroom and the room were very clean and the bed is very comfortable. The TV/DVD works perfectly. We had a small issue thought: the freezer camera in the refrigerator was completely covered with the very sick coat of ice/snow to the point that there were no way to fit anything else into there . They do not have an ice machine on a floor, but the frond desk sent us a full bucket of ice within a few minutes; that was a good alternative for 2 days of our stay. On a third day the front deck person told me that they do not service ice or anything else into the private residences (?) and suggested us to go out and get an ice in a convenient store. I attempted to explain that we had an ice from the hotel all previous days but she denied our request anyway. She also suggested to contact the owner and verify the list of services available for us. We did not call the owner ; it was rather minor and did not spoil our mood. Amazingly, few ours later, when I called a front desk to request a taxi reservation , I asked about ice one more time and had it sent to our room within few minutes , exactly the way it was before with no questions asked ! That was some other front deck person , so I guess it depends ...Generally, it would be nice to have freezing camera in the refrigerator defrosted and functional in order to avoid confusion. Again, I would like to repeat that we loved the place and will go back in a minute ! I will definitely recommend the place to anyone ; I already sent the info to my other friends. Thank you, Jeremy!
