This property is new to the rental market and recently renovated with new paint, all new tile floors, granite countertops, everything you would expect in an upscale rental home. You will not find a cleaner or better kept property in the area. Small pets are allowed on a case by case basis. Although the home is a little small, around 1300 sqft under air, it has a beautiful outdoor lanai and pool area that is very large. The lanai and pool area is a great feature of this home, this is where you will be spending you time sipping coffee and watching tropical birds catch fish in the canal. The lanai includes a stainless steel barbecue and lots of patio furniture.
The property is located on a great canal lot with mature tropical landscaping in an area known as Englewood East, about 1 mile from Rotonda West, and minutes to the beautiful beaches of Englewood or Boca Grande. Why the Owner Chose Englewood
As of the spring of 2009 this was our primary residence. We recently moved to another larger home that is 3 miles away from this one. We have so many people that come to visit us that we decided to keep this home available for our guests. We thought we might put this home into the rental pool to help add some income while we do not have family or friends staying here.
The Unique Benefits at this Single Family Home
The benefit of staying at our property are many. The home is very clean, has great tropical landscaping, a beautiful view of a freshwater canal, and a terrific heated pool with waterfall. Really the best attribute of this home is the lanai area, it's really fantastic. The inside is very upscale, but honestly on the small side. This home would be a little tight with 6 people staying here, but of course it is possible. For a couple coming down to enjoy the weather looking for some quiet enjoyment of nature, this is the place for you.

Jason and Amanda Painter are the owners of this property. Originally from Charleston, West Virginia we moved to Englewood back in the spring of 2004 and have thoroughly enjoyed our move to paradise. We are local real estate brokers and have made a good life buying and selling homes in this community. We are both 35 years of age and are expecting our first child soon.
