Kitchen utensils & household linens included. This home has a very large backyard with grassy lawn, citrus trees, covered patio and teak furniture. It also includes a gas built in BBQ and provides complete privacy. This yard is so pleasant it has been rented out for wedding receptions and special occasions.
The house can sleep 4 as is, but additional beds can be added to accommodate 2 more guests if needed.

Year Purchased: 2004
I grew up in Tucson, Arizona and have lived in Orange County for 18 years. I have currently started my own personal fitness training business which is something I have always been passionate about. I bought this home in 2004, which I share with my lab, Barney, and have loved it ever since. It is my primary residence, but I periodically rent it out for additional income. Everyone always comments on the positive energy and warm feeling they experience when they are here.
