UNIT SIZE AND QUALITY: *****(5 Stars). This 1150 square foot unit has been meticulously cared for and decorated. This town home is located near the front of the Red Hawk Townhome complex, so it is a short walk to the gondola. When you drive up, you will be able to pull into the heated parking garage. If you have additional cars, it can be parked in the driveway.

When you enter, you will immediately notice the care and attention that owner has taken when decorating and maintaining this unit. In the living room, you can warm up by the cozy gas fireplace, and enjoy a good movie on the large, flatscreen TV with DVD player. The couch does pull out into a sleeper sofa to sleep 2 additional people.

The full kitchen is well-equipped kitchen with everything you will need to cook a meal away from home. The dining room table will seat 6 people comfortably.

The master bedroom features a KING sized bed and cable TV, as well as a private bathroom with double sinks. The second bedroom has two twin sized beds, cable TV and DVD player. The second full bathroom is just outside the second bedroom. If you need to work while you are away, you will also enjoy the free wireless internet access.

The many windows and the balcony will allow you to enjoy breathtaking views of the mountains from the deck and living areas.

Little problems are a BIG deal at 9,000 feet above sea level and in subzero temps. We are there if you lose your key. Being locked out of your condo in sub-zero temps is no fun. This is not a scare tactic. Every year we help several hundred guests with lock-out problems.
