This active adult community has two large recreation centers that include indoor and outdoor pools, fitness centers, aerobic classes and many more amenities. There are four 18-hole golf courses, pickle ball and tennis courts and miles of walking and biking paths. The recreation center and golf courses are within one-half a mile. To use all of the amenities of Sun City Grand tenant must pay $125 per person for activity card for up to a 3 month lease and $150 for up to 6 month lease. Activity card also gives tenant property owner's rates on golf courses.
It is 3 miles to Surprise Stadium, winter home of the Kansas City Royals and the Texas Rangers and 10 miles to Peoria Stadium for the Seattle Mariners and the San Diego Padres. Major shopping centers and all of the major eating establishments within 3 miles.
